Ida Jo DeVaughan Rimes, age 85, of Wilsonville, passed away Monday, Aug. 6.

The memorial service will be at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 8 at the Mountain Brook Baptist Chapel with Mrs. Mary Splawn officiating. A private burial will take place at a later time.

Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Ida Jo DeVaughan is preceded in death by Birl L. Rimes, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Angie Jones (Martin) and Cynthia Hylton-Murer (Ken); and six grandchildren, Adrienne, Marjorie, Lauren, Natalie, Paul, and Amanda.
