The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 30-Aug. 5:

 

July 30

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 300 Block of North Highland Ridge Court, Chelsea. A firearm, wallet, credit cards, sunglasses and Social Security card were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 Block of Vick Drive, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession or receipt of controlled substance from Spring Creek Road at Plateau Road, Montevallo.

-Harassment from Mr. Carwash, 4621 Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Inverness Plaza, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 2100 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property first from the 31100 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville. $17,429.86 was stolen.

-Felony assault from the 800 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Harassing communications from the 800 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle and felony criminal mischief from the 5300 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A backhoe sustained $5,000 in damage.

-Felony criminal mischief from the 5300 Block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A vehicle sustained $3,000 in damage.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle and felony theft of property from the 3600 Block of Hwy. 311, Shelby. A firearm and cell phones were stolen.

-Felony burglary from Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. A mattress and box springs, oxygen and acetylene tanks, welding leads, helmet and rods were stolen.

-Felony attempted unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 Block of Overview Drive, Sterrett.

-Felony theft of property and felony burglary from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Various jewelry valued at a total of $900 and $70 cash were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of motor vehicle and felony theft of property second from Burnham Street, Birmingham. A firearm valued at $400 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 5414 Hwy. 280 at Greystone YMCA. A purse and wallet containing credit card, debit card and drivers license valued at a total of $800 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property first and negotiating worthless negotiable instruments from the 1000 Block of Parkmont Way, Chelsea.

-Felony criminal possession of a forged instrument first from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A fake $50 bill was confiscated.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 6600 Block of White Tail Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 6000 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Fencing sustained $1,000 in damage.

-Death investigation from Circle 1, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1700 Block of Hwy. 55, Wilsonville. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony community notification violation from the 4000 Block of Saddle Run Circle, Pelham.

-Harassing communications from the 800 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Felony burglary from Beatrice Lane, Montevallo. A firearm, pressure washer, curtain rods, assorted hand tools, tackle box with lures and nail guns were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 1000 Block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham. A purse and wallet, checkbook, credit card, debit card, gift cards and $110 cash were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 2000 Block of Bel Vedere Cove, Birmingham. A briefcase, tablet and rain coat valued at a total of $1,580 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and felony theft of property second from the 300 Block of Chateau Way, Birmingham. A laptop, tablet, portable speaker and suitcase valued at a total of $1,660 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 Block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham. Sunglasses valued at $180 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 Block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham. A firearm and sunglasses valued at a total of $580 were stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of credit card from the 5100 Block of Hollow Log Lane, Birmingham. A credit card was forged.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A drivers license, work/government identification and credit/debit card were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 1000 Block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Gift cards valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Menacing from the 100 Block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.

 

Aug. 1

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 2600 Block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property fourth from the 1100 Block of Merry Fox Farms Road, Alabaster. $210 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Shady Hills Circle, Calera.

-Harassment from the 0 Block of Cheshire Road, Westover.

-Criminal trespass from the 49000 Block of Hwy. 25, Sterrett.

-Civil dispute from the 700 Block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3400 Block of Hwy. 37, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 6000 Block of Hwy. 119, Montevallo. An unknown amount of water was released from a faucet into a pasture.

-Felony theft of property from 5429 Hwy. 280 at Budgetel Inn. A vehicle was stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 5000 Block of Logan Drive, Birmingham. $102.93 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A bag, wallet, sunglasses and credit cards were stolen, and a vehicle sustained $300 in damage.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A purse, wallet, debit card and credit card were stolen, and a vehicle sustained $300 in damage.

-Violation of protection order from the 200 Block of L&M Trace, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 Block of Talon Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 600 Block of Barristers Court, Birmingham. A computer, televisions and assorted jewelry valued at a total of about $11,700 was stolen, and a window and door sustained $500 in damage.

-Felony fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 4900 Block of Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from the 3000 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A video game console valued at $300 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-third degree from the 0 Block of Beatrice Lane, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2000 Block o Eagle Hollow Circle, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Eagle Hollow Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 59000 Block of Hwy. 25, Leeds. A vehicle was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth from the 4200 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A car tag valued at $35 was stolen.

-Private property accident report from the Shelby County Courthouse. Two vehicle were damaged.

-Property damage from the 5900 Block of Hwy. 25, Montevallo. A structure with mailboxes sustained $100 in damage.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 200 Block of Retreat Lane, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 6900 Block of Hwy. 28, Columbiana.

-Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 200 Block of L&M Trace, Shelby.

-Felony burglary from the 4900 Block of Heather Pointe, Birmingham. A door was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from the 11000 Block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A wallet with multiple credit cards, drivers license and military ID was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 1300 Block of Hwy. 1, Helena. A car hauler valued at $2,200 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property third from the 4500 Block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana. A trailer valued at $600 was stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from the 3600 Block of Cheltham Lane, Birmingham. $341.08 was stolen.

-Missing person from the 0 Block of Stevie Lane, Wilsonville.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 360 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from Heritage View Road, Birmingham. A window lock was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Felony rape from the 100 Block of Willow Creek Lane, Leeds.

-Domestic violence second/criminal mischief first and domestic violence third-harassment from the 3000 Block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham. Clothing, books, a necklace, Bibles, photo albums, computers and a tablet sustained about $19,000 in damage.

-Arson from Elvira Road, Helena. A backhoe was destroyed, and a cigarette butt, empty cigarette pack and stationary letter were recovered.
