Aug. 13

-Domestic violence third-assault from the 100 Block of Lake Drive, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third-assault from the 100 Block of Lake Drive, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 100 Block of Lake Drive, Shelby.

-Harassing communications from the 5000 Block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 400 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony domestic violence-assault from the 300 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony robbery from the 500 Block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property from the 2900 Block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana. A firearm and drills were stolen.

-Felony forgery from the 2000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilton.

-Felony identity theft from the 100 Block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham. $451 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 900 Block of Hwy. 31 South, Saginaw. School bus batteries valued at $2,240 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby. An ATV valued at $18,000 was stolen.

-Felony forgery from the 7000 Block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2500 Block of Hwy. 37, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third-assault from the 2200 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-assault third from the 100 Block of Linwood Road, Sterrett.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance from Hwy. 55 and Brookland Drive.

-Felony theft of property from the 400 Block of River Hills Business Park Suite 440, Birmingham. A construction trailer, rebar machines, chop saws, walk behind saw, screed machine and lasers valued at a total of about $27,500 were stolen.

-Property damage from Brooklane Drive and Hwy. 55. A vehicle was damaged.

 

Aug. 14

-Criminal mischief third from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby. A vehicle sustained $300 in damage.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A needle and spoon were confiscated.

-Civil dispute from Thorn Berry Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 Block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 800 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A vehicle sustained $300 in damage.

-Theft of property fourth from the 4500 Block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Paint brushes, rollers and knives were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4900 Block of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham.

-Felony identity theft and theft of property fourth from the 200 Block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea. $265.20 was stolen.

-Felony burglary second and felony theft of property first from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Suite 200, Chelsea. A door sustained $391.35 in damage; and five phones valued at a total of about $3,800 were stolen.

-Felony burglary third and theft of property fourth from the 200 Block of Arbor Court, Sterrett. A video game console and video game valued at a total of $360 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 5300 Block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham. A door sustained $500 in damage.

-Agency assist from the 4900 Block of Keith Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third-harassment and endangering the welfare of a child from the 100 Block of Olive Way, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 2200 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2200 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous from the 3600 Block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Felony burglary and theft of property fourth degree from the 10900 Block of Hwy. 61, Wilsonville. Checkbooks and costume jewelry were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 4500 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo.

-Felony theft of property from the 3000 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A vehicle was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 Block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Contempt of court from the Shelby County Courthouse.

-Miscellaneous incident from County Road 52 at Jackson Square, Helena. A vehicle was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Westbrook Road, Westover.

-Fire investigation from Hwy. 251, Montevallo. A vehicle was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth from the 5400 Block of 119, Montevallo. A buggy harness valued at $350 was stolen.

-Property damage from County Road 84 at County Road 12, Montevallo. A vehicle was damaged.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 28000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville. A truck sustained $300 in damage.
