Oct. 8

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 119 and Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 Block of Hwy. 307, Shelby.

-Felony theft of property first from the 4900 Block of Windwood Circle, Birmingham. Two rings valued at a total of $74,750 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Felony burglary from Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana. A firearm was stolen.

-Damage to property from the 4500 Block of Old Tavern Road, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Cruelty to animals from the 5000 Block of Bent River Trace, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 6900 Block of Whitetail Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 6900 Block of Whitetail Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property second from the 700 Block of Hwy. 54, Montevallo. $1,600 was stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 200 Block of Adams Road, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 Block of County Road 223, Montevallo.

 

Oct. 9

-Domestic violence from the 2000 Block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from Walden Road, Columbiana. A chainsaw and truck bed liner were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 10700 Block of County Road 55, Westover. An outdoor bench valued at $800 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 2400 Block of County Road 50, Vandiver. A candy bar, kids drink and drink valued at a total of about $4 were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth and criminal trespassing third from 16077 Hwy. 280, Chelsea, at Walmart. Merchandise valued at $125.97 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Alabama Hwy. 25 near Lakeview Circle, Dunnavant.

-Felony criminal mischief and reckless endangerment from the 200 Block of Pool Road, Shelby. A vehicle sustained $5,000 in damage.

-Failure to remain at scene of an accident from Hwy. 280 East at Hwy. 43, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 1000 Block of Highland Village Trail, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 Block of Pool Road, Shelby. A vehicle sustained $2,000 in damage.

 

Oct. 10

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Pool Road, Shelby. Two vehicles were damaged.

-Felony theft of property third from 16077 Hwy. 280, Chelsea, at Walmart.

-Harassing communications from the 200 Block of Hwy. 200, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A FedEx truck sustained $50 in damage.

-Felony possession of forged instrument from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A forged drivers license was confiscated.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle and felony theft of property from an unlisted location. Saws, a blower, spikes and tree sling shot valued at a total of about $4,100 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property and criminal mischief from The Retreat at Cahaba River, 2000 Living Water Parkway, Montevallo. A canoe valued at $1,000 was stolen, and a canoe was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A Taser cartridge was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 Block of Moore Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 600 Block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property and felony burglary from the 900 Block of Masters Lane, Birmingham. Windows sustained $1,000 in damage, and a safe, $8,200 in cash in bonds, jewelry, passports, Social Security cards, bank account statements, birth certificates, marriage certificates and a firearm, valued at a total of about $26,000 were stolen.

Oct. 11

-DUI-any substance from Hwy. 280 at Hwy. 51, Westover.

-Theft of property fourth from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Three packs of steaks valued at a total of $75 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 2000 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 200 Block of Anchor Way, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from Summerwood Lane at Old Mill Road, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A watch was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Windstone Parkway, Pelham. A firearm was recovered.

-Found property from the 100 Block of McEwen Farm Road, Wilsonville. A vehicle and travel trailer were recovered.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of McEwen Farm Road, Wilsonville. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from the 11000 Block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A canoe valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth from the 100 Block of Stoneridge Lane, Sterrett. A dog valued at $100 was stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 100 Block of Smyer Lake Road, Leeds.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 4000 Block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Felony burglary from the 100 Block of Shortcake Lane, Shelby. Gasoline valued at $15 was stolen, and a cell phone was recovered.

-Felony theft of property and felony burglary from the 1300 Block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A pipe saw, generator, levels and grade laser valued at a total of $4,300 were stolen.

-Harassment-domestic violence from Clay Pit Road, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 3400 Block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-relinquished firearms from the 300 Block of Moore Drive, Chelsea. Firearms were recovered.
