Daphene Bentley Gore, age 89, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30 in Fayetteville, Georgia. She was born on Nov. 14, 1928 in Shelby.

The visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 1 from 1-2 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Daphene was the loving wife of the late Paul Gore.

She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Ronnie Gore.

Daphene is survived by her sons, Gary Russell Gore and Allen Ramsey Gore; six grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
