The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 12-18:

 

March 12

–Domestic investigation from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham.

–Death investigation from the 1500 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 6000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo. Assorted stuffed animals were stolen and a Forever 21 jacket was recovered.

–Burglary from the 100 block of Nolen Lane, Alabaster. A Z-beast zero turn mower valued at $3,000, a 16-foot double axel trailer valued at $1,500, two 20 HP engines valued at $200, a 200-amp battery charger valued at $100, a set of heavy duty sockets valued at $100 and 10 boxes of wood flooring valued at $200 were stolen.

–Missing person from the 5000 block of Mineola Lane, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Seale Road, Calera.

–Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Stratford Way, Birmingham.

–Leaving the scene of an accident and property damage from Alabama 25 near Beechwood Trail, Leeds. A 2018 blue Honda Accord was damaged.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 9700 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville. An Alabama driver’s license valued at $30 and three cards were stolen.

 

March 13

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Triple R Drive, Maylene.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. U.S. currency totaling $230 was stolen.

–Death investigation from the 2300 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

–Death investigation from the 100 block of McEwen Farm Road, Wilsonville.

–Trespassing from the 2800 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.

–Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of Westover Road, Westover.

–Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds.

–Theft of property from the 2900 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. A .308 caliber Winchester semi-automatic rifle valued at $500 and a brown ammo can with deer emblem with estimated 1000 rounds of .22 caliber ammo valued at $400 was stolen.

–Identity theft from the 1000 block of Eagle Hollow Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Oak Meadows Place, Birmingham.

–Property damage from Shelby County Courthouse parking lot, Columbiana. A 2018 Nissan Altima was damaged.

–Theft of property from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A silver HVAC unit outside a home was heavily damaged and the copper wire removed.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 1800 block of Shelby County 26, Alabaster. Two solitaire diamond necklaces, one necklace with three diamonds on it, two pearl necklaces, a silver Indian cuff bracelet, a diamond pendant necklace and assorted U.S. currency valued at $1,000 was stolen.

 

March 14

–Domestic investigation from the 6700 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Hoover.

–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 43 at Shadywood Circle, Sterrett. An Alabama tag was damaged.

–Harassment from Jefferson Place, Birmingham.

–Allowing dogs to run at large from the 4900 block of Altadena South, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 300 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

–Harassment from the 200 block of Chesser Way, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana.

–Drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of L&M Trace, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 39 at Redemption Church, Chelsea. Damage was done to a passenger side front bumper.

–Domestic investigation from 2nd Avenue, Shelby.

–Fire investigation from the 40th block of Queen Drive, Columbiana.

–Burglary and trespassing from the 4500 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana.

–Forgery from the 5800 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A check valued at $1,200 was forged.

–Identity theft from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Public intoxication from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-attempted suicide from the 400 block of Wooten Road, Alabaster.

–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.

–Domestic investigation from U.S. 280 near Alabama 119, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 5300 block of Meadowlark Lane, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Meadow Croft Circle, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from the 3500 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham. A gray leather Tony Burch purse valued at $200, a debit card, U.S. currency totaling $40, four gift cards valued at $100 and a wallet were stolen. The front passenger window to the victim’s vehicle was damaged.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Bonnieville Drive, Calera.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 4000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo. A 32-inch Roku TV valued at $140, a 55-inch Element TV valued at $300, a 55-inch Samsung TV valued at $400, an Xbox and games valued at $400, a PlayStation 4 valued at $200 and various gold chains and rings valued at $1,400 were stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 900 block of Talon Way, Birmingham. A Glock 30, .45 caliber with two magazines valued at $500 and $1,200 cash was stolen.

–Burglary from Heritage Road, Shelby. A roll up case with multiple pairs of barber shears and razors valued at $4,000 and assorted custom jewelry valued at $200 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Burglary from the 16000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

–Theft of property from the 16000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

 

March 16

–Fire investigation from the 4900 block of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham. A couch and a few miscellaneous household items were burned.

–Miscellaneous incident from Paradise Circle, Shelby.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 1100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. An Alabama tag was stolen.

–Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 25000 block of Shelby County 145, Columbiana.

–Harassment from the 5800 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

–Dogs at large from the 100 block of Park Road, Sterrett.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 4000 block of Hawthorne Place, Chelsea.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 12000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham.

–Fire investigation from Clover Lane, Montevallo.

–Driving under the influence of a combined substance from Shelby County 61 near Brown Evans Road, Wilsonville.

–Miscellaneous incident-lost property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham.

–Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Ewing Street, Montevallo.

–Violation of protection from abuse order from the 4800 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

–Theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham. A gold Apple MacBook valued at $1,625.99 and a grey USB port adapter valued at $108.99 was stolen.

–Theft of property from Wehapa Lake Circle, Leeds. A metal sign with the words “Wehapa” valued at $1,000 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1000 block of Alexander Road, Leeds. A 2017 black Ford Focus was damaged.
