-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Third Avenue North (residence, home). Stolen were tools and a tool belt valued at $250, a diaper bag valued at $100 and a cell phone charger valued at $12.

-Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of Regency Park Drive (commercial). Stolen was a truck valued at $40,000.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 600 block of First Street North (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was an Acura TL valued at $5,000.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 100 block of Kent Stone Way (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Abandoned vehicle from the 300 block of Industrial Park Drive (highway, street).

 

April 26

-Public intoxication and trespassing notice from the 1200 block of First Street North (bar).

-Information only report from the 100 block of Deer Run (other, unknown).

-Information only report from Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were syringes.

-Trespassing notice form the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Grande Club Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 300 block of Buck Creek Circle (residence, home). Stolen were pistols valued at $1,800.

-Possession of marijuana second degree, unlawful possession of a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 (other, unknown). Confiscated were marijuana, marijuana wax, marijuana vape, a metal stick with wax residue and two pistols.

 

April 27

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 500 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was beer.

-Criminal mischief first degree and theft of property third degree from the 500 block of Sugarberry Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a dwelling in the amount of $3,000 and stolen were a laptop and phone valued at $1,050.

-Harassment form the 1900 block of Butler Road (highway, street).

-Property damage from the 900 block of Colonial Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a Jeep Cherokee in the amount of $1,500.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment form the 100 block of Berrryhill Lane (residence, home).

-Found property from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (bank). Recovered was a phone valued at $100.

-Trespassing notice from the 200 block of King Arthur Place (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 700 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Forged was a $100 bill.

 

April 28

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were ties valued at $39.99 and a pillow case valued at $29.99.

-Lost property from the 100 block of Simsmville Road (supermarket). Reported were a driver’s license, credit cards and gas cards.

-Property damage and leaving the scene of an accident from the 1100 block of First Street South (restaurant). Damaged was a Nissan in the amount of $500.

-Domestic incident form the Wynlake Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic violence third degree – harassing communications and criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home). Damaged was an air conditioner in the amount of $200.

-Property damage from the 1500 block of U.S. 31 (highway, street). Damaged were a windshield in the amount of $300 a mirror and turn signal in the amount of $300 and an antenna in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $184.
