The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 27-31

July 27

–Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Use of force from U.S. 280 and Essex Drive, Chelsea.

–Criminal mischief from the 4500 block of Old Tavern Road, Birmingham. A 2017 Honda Fit and a mailbox were damaged.

–Harassing communications from the 500 block of Grayson Place, Chelsea.

–Domestic investigation from the 3300 block of Highway 93, Helena.

–Harassment from U.S. 31, Alabaster.

–Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Theft of property from the 700 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A laptop computer, car seat, $300-$400 in cash, wallet, purse and 2011 Merz C300 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 block of Birdsong Way, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 2400 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-stalking from the 1300 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-assault from Walden Road, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident-animal complaint from the 4500 block of Oxford Road, Birmingham.

July 28

–Domestic investigation from the 10100 block of B. Main Street, Wilsonville.

–Assault from the 30 block of Johnson Drive, Chelsea. A Ruger .38 caliber pistol was recovered.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3500 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1000 block of Little Turtle Circle, Birmingham. A 2019 Nissan Versa was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Talon Trace, Birmingham.

–Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Titonka Road, Birmingham.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver.

–Harassing communications from the 500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Burglary from the 1000 block of Lilac Lane, Wilsonville. Insulin needles, a 20-inch screen TV, DVD player, various household goods including two AC window units, various hand tools and a diamond ring valued at $2,000 was stolen.

–Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

–Trespassing from Barbara Jones Drive, Maylene.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.

July 29

–Illegal possession of prescription, 4000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.

–Harassing communications from the 100 block of Grande View Lane, Maylene.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Barbara Jones Drive, Maylene.

–Theft of property first degree from the 700 block of Triple G Drive, Alabaster. A 2003 Lexus IS 300 Sport Cross was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 50 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. A Sony flatscreen TV valued at $200, two AC window units valued at $150 each, a PlayStation 3 valued at $50, a leather couch cushion valued at $300, a 15-inch HP laptop valued at $200 and a fish bowl full of money (coins) valued at $50 was stolen.

–Identity theft from the 100 block of Willow Lake Lane, Wilsonville.

–Identity theft from the 4900 block of Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham.

–Violation of a DV protection order from the 500 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

–Reckless endangerment from the 300 block of Depot Street, Wilton.

–Miscellaneous incident-vehicle recovery from the 13000 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

–Theft of property-recovered from the 13000 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

July 30

–Death investigation-hospice from the 900 block of Highway 19, Montevallo.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Alexander Road, Leeds. A debit card was stolen.

–Criminal mischief-theft of property fourth degree from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road. A Dell computer tower valued at $3,000, a partition valued at $1,000, a Dell monitor valued at $250, a View Sonic monitor valued at $250, two Continental Crosstract tires valued at $250 and computer keyboards were stolen.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 4000 block of County Road 32, Westover.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Public intoxication from Stanley Drive just off U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Highway 311, Shelby. A Bass Hunter boat was recovered.

–Domestic violence-strangulation from the 600 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.

–Identity theft from the 5000 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.

July 31

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Salisbury Lane, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-gun discharged to put animal down from Alabama 25/West College Street, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Forest Ridge Circle, Alabaster.

–DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 West/Inverness Parkway East, Birmingham.

–Fire investigation from the 600 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

–Attempted burglary-second degree from the 300 block of New Hope Mountain Road, Indian Springs. A patio door screen was damaged.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Gibson Road, Columbiana.

–Domestic violence-assault from the 1500 block of Highway 311, Shelby.

–Identity theft from the 100 block of Shoreline Way, Wilsonville.

–Miscellaneous incident from Mellow Drive at Highway 26, Alabaster.

–Theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A wallet, Alabama driver’s license, bank card, set of keys and assorted U.S. currency valued at $100 was stolen.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of New Venture Way, Alabaster. Seven bags of assorted fishing lures valued at $350 were stolen.
