The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 8-14:

Sept. 8

-Public intoxication from Alabama 25 just north of Shelby County 7.

-Criminal trespass from the 300 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Kings Way, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Shelby County 32, Columbiana. Security cameras valued at $40 and a nonfunctional motion sensor valued at $10 was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 3100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property third degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Cash in the amount of $796.50 was stolen.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Olmsted Street, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 100 block of Deer Valley Lane, Pelham.

Sept. 9

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Heritage Road, Shelby.

-Theft of property second degree from the 70 block of Grace Hill Lane, Montevallo. A 9-milimeter pistol, .22-caliber rifle, 12-gauge shotgun, .30-06 rifle and a gold chain with an eagle pendant was stolen.

-Domestic violence second degree-burglary, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 800 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham. A pill bottle containing various narcotic medications, wooden box with marijuana residue and a metal novelty cigarette with marijuana residue were recovered.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Meadow Creek Lane, Alabaster. A ladies’ mountain bike valued at $100 and a BMX bike valued at $100 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information-suicide attempt from Honeysuckle Drive, Shelby.

-Fire investigation from the 2900 block of Shelby County 331, Columbiana. A Nissan Titan was damaged.

-Improper lights from all roads in Shelby County.

-DUI-alcohol from the 2100 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 60 block of Wild Berry Drive, Westover. A Nissan Altima was damaged.

-Civil dispute from Cahaba Valley Trailer Park, the 5100 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Lloyds Lane, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Reed Creek Road, Shelby.

-Burglary third degree from the 6000 block of Shelby County 49, Columbiana. A Remington youth model 20-gauge pump shotgun valued at $300 was stolen.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville. A door and door frame valued at $250 was damaged, and an Insignia TV valued at $400, $200 in cash, vodka valued at $30 and assorted antique costume jewelry valued at $50 was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of Lovett Drive, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Heatherwood Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Heatherwood Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 block of North Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham. An amount of $36.07 was stolen from a card.

-Theft of property from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. Various items of scrap including but not limited to batteries, rims and old A/C units valued at $300 were stolen.

Sept. 10

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Mountain View Lane, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from the 20 block of Ford Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 200 block of Wade Drive, Montevallo. A Kia Sorento sustained $250 in damages, and a vacuum cleaner valued at $50 was damaged.

-Harassment from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Lilac Lane, Wilsonville.

-Menacing from U.S. 280 West at Shelby County 47, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Shady Br., Chelsea. An Alcatel cell phone valued at $100 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location in Shelby County.

-Public intoxication, disorderly conduct from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Loyds Lane, Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from Reed Creek Road, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive, Montevallo. A clear glass pipe with residue commonly used in smoking narcotics, and a clear plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine (4 grams) was recovered.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault third degree, harassment, criminal mischief second degree from the 5000 block of Valley Brook Circle, Birmingham. A back-door glass valued at $250, a window valued at $300, a dining table valued at $100, miscellaneous dishes and glass vases valued at $75, a TCL TV valued at $350 and interior doors and door frames valued at $450 were damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 0 block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 2000 block of Chelsea Park Bend, Chelsea.

Sept. 11

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice using a false name from an unnamed location in Shelby County. Approximately .01 grams of a white powdery substance was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett. U.S. currency in the amount of $150 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Smith and Wesson 9-milimeter valued at $350 was stolen.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Hayes Circle and Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo. A 2013 Kia Forte was damaged.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 7000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo. A Taurus .38 caliber revolver valued at $250, a Smith and Wesson .357 revolver valued at $450, a Taurus Spectrum .380 semi-automatic valued at $225 and a Smith and Wesson hand ejector .32 revolver valued at $250 was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, violation of a domestic violence protection order from Hayes Circle and Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from Innisbrook Lane, Shoal Creek. A support beam, grass and landscaping materials were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Shelby County 47 at Shelby County 49, Chelsea. A 2012 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Katie Acres Lane, Wilsonville.

-Resisting arrest from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Spring Drive, Shelby. A pontoon boat trailer valued at $3,000 was stolen, and a CD-R with photos of the suspect was recovered.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property fourth degree from the 2600 block of Buttewoods Drive, Birmingham. A security camera valued at $200 was stolen.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property third degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A leaf blower valued at $500 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Brookside Lane, Vandiver. Amounts of $6,750 and $60 were stolen.

-Violation of protection from an abuse order from the 1300 block of Berwick Circle, Hoover.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 50 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. U.S. currency in the amount of $600 was stolen.

-Sexual abuse from the 3100 block of Shelby County 93, Helena.

-Criminal littering from the 57700 block of Alabama 25, Leeds.

Sept. 14

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett. U.S. currency in the amount of $500 was stolen.

-Property damage from Shelby County 47 near Shelby County 49, Chelsea. A 2018 Ford F-150 was damaged.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Waterloo BND, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana.

-Burglary, theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. Glasses were damaged, and processed deer and hot meat valued at $150 was stolen.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 1400 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

-Obstructing justice, criminal possession of a forged instrument from U.S. 280 West and Crest Road, Birmingham. A $100 bill was forged and a baggy with 3 grams of marijuana was confiscated.
