The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 15-21:

Sept. 15

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.

-Nuisance ordinance, abandoned vehicle ordinance from Forest Lakes Place and Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana. A rear driver’s side window valued at $600 was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1600 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham. A pair of military style work boots valued at $46 was stolen.

-Assault from the 3000 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 17000 block of Alabama 145, Shelby. A Master lock for screen door valued at $10, a door frame valued at $100 and a screen to a back window valued at $50 was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. Gasoline valued at $10 was stolen.

-Assault, criminal mischief from the 100 block of Shelby County 251, Montevallo.

-Theft of property second degree from the 9200 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. A Springfield Armory .45 caliber handgun valued at $500 and a Streamlight TLR-2 weapon-mounted light valued at $300 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 251, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Two money transactions on Facebook totaling $600 and $300 and an iPhone valued at $200 was stolen.

Sept. 16

-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call, domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. An Android cell phone was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea. A set of French doors valued at $500 was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 1500 block of Bent River Circle, Vestavia Hills.

-Harassing communications from Dorough Road, Columbiana.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Forgery from an unknown location in Shelby County. A total of $8,570 was stolen from checks.

-Theft of property from the 7900 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo. A TS Arms 5.56-caliber rifle valued at $1,500 was stolen.

Sept. 17

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of Kelly Drive, Pelham. Suspected heroin weighing less than a gram, three glass pipes with a white powdery residue and two syringes were confiscated.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 8000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 8700 block of Highway 41 South, Leeds. A brake pad valued at $45.79, a headlamp assembly valued at $115.89, headlamp trim valued at $17.93, shipping fee totaling $21.98 and sales tax totaling $13.35 was stolen.

-Theft of property first degree from the 5000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. A 16-foot dump trailer valued at $14,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-single vehicle accident report from the 2500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A Honda CR-V was damaged.

-Criminal tampering second degree from the 1000 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-overdose from the 400 block of Highway 474, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from U.S. 280 near Westover Road, Harpersville. A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was damaged.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 3700 block of Shelby County 30, Wilsonville.

-Minor possession tobacco from the 3700 block of Shelby County 30, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Alabama 25 and Gibson Road, Columbiana. A Powerline .177 caliber, LG touchscreen phone and an RCA touchscreen tablet was recovered.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 7400 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo. Amounts of $4,900 and $500 were stolen from credit cards.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2900 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

Sept. 18

-Duty to remain at the scene of an accident from the 0 block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea. A 2019 Chevy 1500 was damaged.

-Harassment from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-DUI from the 900 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Windchase Trace, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Forgery from the 1500 block of Alabama 70, Columbiana. A counterfeit $20 bill was confiscated.

-Criminal trespass from the 5300 block of Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo.

-Assault from the 18000 block of Alabama 145, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident-community notification violation from the 1500 block of First Street North, Alabaster.

-Assault from the 3000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from Creswell Road and Wagon Road, Harpersville. An Alabama Power pole and transformer valued at $3,000 were damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 40 block of Wagon Road, Harpersville. A 2006 Cadillac STS sedan valued at $3,000 was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 60 block of Wagon Road, Harpersville. A John Deere Cotton Picker valued at $25,000 was recovered. A fishing pole, Mossy Oak fixed blade knife, rubber stamp with metal hooks, camouflage strap with one hook and USB to micro USB electronics cord was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6700 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Burglary, disorderly conduct from Days Inn, the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 90 block of Hawthorne Street, Birmingham. An iPhone 7 was confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham. A baby monitor valued at $366 was stolen.

Sept. 19

-Possession of marijuana second degree, resisting arrest from U.S. 280 and Key Drive, Birmingham. A leafy substance believed to be marijuana (6.2 grams) was recovered.

-Harassment from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from Budgetel Inn, the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A 2007 Lincoln MKZ valued at $10,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Beech Circle, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree, criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Watersedge Circle, Birmingham. A Vittles Vault fish feeder valued at $30 was stolen. A Dude Perfect Nerf set valued at $40 and a fire pit (edge burned) was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Retreat Circle, Birmingham. A Trinity ring valued at $2,300 and a David Yuman sterling silver ring valued at $350 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

Sept. 20

-Reckless endangerment, harassment from the 1000 block of River Road, Helena.

-Agency assist from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 700 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2016 Chevrolet Malibu sustained $400 in damages.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Nolen Street, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Mt. Laurel Avenue, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 200 block of King’s Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 600 block of Brother’s Avenue, Wilsonville. A 2013 Toyota Rav4 was damaged.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 400 block of Reynold’s Cemetery Road, Montevallo. A Samsung Smartphone valued at $300 and assorted clothing and personal affects valued at $300 were burned.

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville.

-Theft of lost property from the 1900 block of Old Montgomery Highway, Hoover. A Honda self-propelled lawn mower valued at $800 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 7400 block of Shelby County 51, Chelsea. Cash in the amount of $6,500 was stolen.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 400 and 500 blocks of Dickerson Road, Pelham.

-Harassing communications from the 50 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 9000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

Sept. 21

-DUI-alcohol from Valleydale Road and Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.

-DUI-alcohol from Shelby County 36 and Four J Road.

-Criminal trespass from the 800 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Property damage from the 1100 block of Beaver Creek Road, Shelby. A 2013 Ford Explorer was damaged.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from the 1100 block of Beaver Creek Road, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicidal threats from the 20000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Shelby County 36 and Cole Drive, Chelsea. A 2008 Toyota 4Runner was confiscated.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from the 600 block of Griffin Road, Chelsea.

-Death investigation, fire investigation from the 100 block of Four J Road, Chelsea. A mobile home was burned.
