The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 22-28:

Sept. 22

-Miscellaneous incident from Al-Youth Drive, Westover.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 49000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett. Grocery items valued at $2.19 were stolen.

-Fire investigation from the 50 block of Hunter’s Lane, Vandiver.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 400 block of Meadow Croft Drive, Birmingham.

-Menacing, harassment from the 1800 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham. A Taurus 9-milimeter was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1300 block of Shelby County 73, Montevallo. A mailbox and post were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Ventana Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1700 block of Shelby County 467, Vincent.

-Public intoxication from Alabama 25 and Highway 41, Leeds.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 52000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. A baseball bat wrapped with barbed wire was confiscated.

-Public intoxication, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A green leafy substance (.4 grams) in a clear plastic bag and a white powdery substance (.6 grams) in a clear plastic bag were confiscated.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2000 block of Regency Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-menacing from the 1800 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo. A Bluetooth speaker valued at $300, Lisinopril (20 milligrams) and a child’s blanket were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo. Trazadone pills (50 milligrams) were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1100 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A purse and woman’s wallet were stolen, and a passenger side front window and frame were damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Edgeland Road at Edgeland Lane, Vandiver. A clear plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine (7 grams), a plastic bag containing three blue diamond-shaped pills and one purple heart-shaped pill believed to be ecstasy, ibuprofen bottle containing unknown white powdery substance, black pouch containing a glass pipe with residue (commonly used for smoking narcotics) and a windshield wiper bottle containing a clear liquid substance believed to be liquid GHB was confiscated.

-Theft of property, property recovered from Apache Lane, Wilsonville. A 2012 Kia Optima valued at $5,000 was stolen and recovered.

-Property damage, miscellaneous information from Alabama 25 at Shelby County 49, Columbiana. A 2012 Kia Optima was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An iPhone valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 2600 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

Sept. 23

-Duties of driver involved in motor vehicle accident from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2018 Mazda 6 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of Alabama 11, Chelsea. A 2015 Nissan Rogue valued at $5,000 was damaged.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of White Circle, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 200 block of King’s Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4100 block of Kesteven Drive, Birmingham.

-DUI from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham.

-Promoting prison contraband, destruction of state property by convict or prisoner from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Shelby County Sheriff’s Office inmate mattress and sheets valued at $100 were damaged.

-Robbery from the 8400 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. Cash in 20-dollar bills in the amount of $260 was stolen and recovered.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 25000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Griffin Park Trace, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property located from the 3000 block of Shelby County 30, Wilsonville. An A.R. 15-style pistol was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana.

-Fire investigation from the 800 block of Reach Crest, Birmingham. An interior of a residence was damaged.

-Animal control-running at large prohibited from the 1800 block of Shelby County 36, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property first degree from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A 2015 Cadillac ATS was stolen.

Sept. 24

-Robbery from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An unknown amount of money was taken.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham. Money in the amount of $425.47 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Vizio television valued at $298 was stolen.

-Harassment from the 2900 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of New Williamsburg Drive, Shoal Creek. A vehicle sustained minor damage.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 5200 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent. A 2008 Mazda CX-7 was burned.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 3000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. An LG smart TV valued at $448 and an iPhone 8 Plus was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Samsung TV and a TCL Ultra TV valued at $1,312 and $218, respectively, were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 400 block of Sunset Lake Circle, Chelsea.

Sept. 25

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A white rock-like substance (.2 grams) was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A glass pipe with burned residue and bristle-type wire inside was confiscated.

-DUI from Alabama 119 and Redwood Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 3000 block of Belvedere Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 and Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2013 GMC was damaged.

-Drug paraphernalia from the 9500 block of Highway 41, Leeds. A used syringe was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1300 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. A gas-powered push mower valued at $200 was stolen.

-Forgery second degree, theft of property third degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A check was forged, and $630 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Theft of property first degree, forgery second degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Three checks were forged, and $4,614.34 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Burglary from the 7000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 0 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Brickwork valued at $2,000 was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 3100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Deer Valley Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from American Family Care Greystone, the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. Benztropine (0.5 milligrams), Ziprasidone (40 milligrams), Klonopine (1 milligram) and a gold necklace valued at $200 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. U.S. currency in the amount of $20, in addition to credit cards, was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Dogwood Ridge, Wilsonville. Marine/RV batteries valued at $480, heavy duty batteries valued at $500 and RV inverters valued at $1,000 ($500 each) were stolen.

Sept. 26

-DUI from Adams Road at Shelby County 41.

-Harassment from the 6900 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 1500 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit card from the 600 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster. A Capital One Mastercard, a DeWalt circular saw valued at $150 and a Motorola Droid cell phone valued at $500 was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 block of Autry Lane, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Crest Drive, Chelsea. Qsymia capsules (7.5/46 milligrams) valued at $56 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Meadow Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment, domestic violence-menacing from the 4600 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
