-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from an unnamed location.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana first degree from the 235-mile marker of I-65 South. An ecstasy pill (0.2 grams), half of an ecstasy pill (0.01 gram), marijuana (23.6 grams) and a digital scale was confiscated.

Oct. 14

-Duty upon striking fixtures upon a highway, property damage from the 300 block of Lacy Avenue. A wrought iron mailbox valued at $500 was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Merchandise totaling $141.60 was stolen.
