The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 27-Nov. 2:

Oct. 27

-Public intoxication, permit to carry pistol in vehicle or concealed on person from Chelsea Road near Chesser Crane Road, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident-traffic stop from Talon Cove and Talon Way, Birmingham.

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A white powdery substance (approximately 1 gram) was confiscated.

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver. A black TREK Emonda SL rear derailer valued at $250 was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 10 block of Pine Street, Shelby.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea.

-Found property from the 1000 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A black purse containing two debit cards and other miscellaneous cards was recovered.

-Harassment, criminal mischief from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A window was damaged.

-Burglary from the 500 block of Huntwood Road, Shelby. An electric fish filet knife valued at $30, Shop Vac valued at $250, Husqvarna leaf blower valued at $400, Poulan Pro chainsaw valued at $250, Makita miter saw and box valued at $200 and a Dewalt jig saw in a case valued at $90 was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Farmstead Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3000 block of Kelham Grove Way, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Thorn Berry Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, trespassing third degree from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 1500 block of King James Drive, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, trespassing third degree from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A window was damaged.

Oct. 28

-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications, stalking second degree from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 200 block of Waxahatchee Road, Shelby. A Big Tex enclosed trailer valued at $1,000, wooden ramps valued at $100, battery charger valued at $50, extension cord valued at $8 and jumper cables valued at $20 were stolen; and a combination lock valued at $5 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Hornet Parkway, Chelsea.

Oct. 29

-Harassing communications from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 block of Shelby Forest Lane, Chelsea.

-Improper load-unsecured from U.S. 280 and Cheshire Road, Westover. A 2019 International MV607 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Landing Lane, Shelby. Approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana was confiscated.

-Home repair fraud from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief, theft of property fourth degree from the 18700 block of Alabama 145, Shelby. Miscellaneous household items to include pictures, glass bowls and plates valued at $500 were damaged or stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Dorough Road, Columbiana.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A Garmin GPS valued at $144 and an Apple iPod touch valued at $140 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 3700 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. Thirteen Hardy Plank siding sheets valued at $1,900, cedar posts valued at $650, bundles of cedar shake siding valued at $500 and a Honda EB6500 generator valued at $3,100 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 3500 block of Chickering Circle, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Highway 101, Sterrett.

-Robbery from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

Oct. 30

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

-Theft of lost property from the 2000 block of Magnolia Place, Birmingham. A Rolex GTS SS submariner valued at $5,500 was stolen.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 2800 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. An air conditioner valued at $300, indoor fans valued at $80, indoor space heaters valued at $160, roll of chimney flashing valued at $115, oil heater valued at $79 and ceiling tiles valued at $240 were stolen.

Oct. 31

-Harassment from the 300 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2013 Chevy Sonic was damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Starboard Drive, Shelby.

-Sodomy from the 600 block of Alabama 119, Pelham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2000 block of Eagle Park Lane, Birmingham.

-Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 0 block of Clover Lane, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Main Street, Columbiana. An iPhone 10 was confiscated.

Nov. 1

-Leaving premises of gasoline sales establishment without remitting payment from the 4400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. Gasoline in the amount of 4.5 gallons valued at $10.02 was stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 600 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Violation of a protection order from the 3000 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3200 block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the Shoal Creek maintenance building, Carnoustie Drive, Shoal Creek. A 2018 Chevy Cruze was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive. A 2020 decal sticker for an Alabama tag was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Highway 55, Westover.

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle from Hawthorn Street, Birmingham. A 2014 Nissan Rogue was damaged.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card, theft of property from Lake Providence Lane, Leeds. A Chase Visa card and $3,000 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 100 block of Shelby County 259.

Nov. 2

-Miscellaneous incident from the 16000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Gilmore-Nick Circle, Montevallo. A Rossi .38 revolver, American Tactical .223 AR pistol, Mossberg .22 LR, .8 grams of marijuana, .223 magazines with 84 total rounds and a .22 LR magazine with 17 total rounds were confiscated.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Fulton Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 2300 block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shelby County 8, Wilton.

-Fire investigation from the 5000 block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham. Sun room windows and floor were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Highway 39, Chelsea. A 2018 Hyundai Elantra was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A kid’s Northface jacket valued at $90 and a men’s baseball cap valued at $5 were reported.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Shelby County 19, Montevallo. Multiple scrap tires and rims and other scrap metal items were recovered.

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.

-Forgery, theft of property from the 6300 building of Beaver Brook CV, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $3,250 was stolen from a money order.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Overlook Terrace, Helena. $2,735 was stolen from a Verizon cell phone account.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Old Oak Cove, Chelsea. An appliance dolly valued at $200 and a furniture dolly valued at $60 were stolen; and $351 was stolen from a personal check.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 0 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1000 block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
