The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 16-22:

Nov. 16

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea.

-Fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest from the 500 block of Milam Drive, Vincent.

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Reckless endangerment from the 7600 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A Glock Model 43 9-millimeter pistol, loaded, was recovered.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham. A purple handbag, Metro PCS phone with case, large assorted of medications, various toiletries and food items, storage rental agreement, pack of playing cards, Axiom OPT-plus credit card, driver’s license and Social Security card were stolen.

-Robbery from the 5000 block of Shelby County 16, Montevallo. A cell phone and unknown assorted firearms were stolen.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Peacock Drive, Saginaw.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card, theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of Shelby County 17, Helena. Prescription drugs valued at $15 were stolen.

-Menacing from the 600 block of Sawyers Cove Road, Calera. A green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (37 grams) was recovered.

-Contributing to the delinquency of a minor from the 600 block of Sawyers Cove Road, Calera.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, public intoxication from the 600 block of Sawyers Cove Road Calera. A green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (37 grams) was recovered.

-Resisting arrest from the 100 block of Kinstler Drive, Maylene.

-Concealed pistol without a permit from the 600 block of Sawyers Cove Road, Calera.

-Fire investigation, death investigation from the 7400 block of Shelby County 51, Chelsea. A single-story brick residence was damaged.

Nov. 17

-Domestic violence investigation from the 200 block of Pool Road, Shelby.

-Theft of property second degree from the 400 block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham. A deck of playing cards, various bottles of chemicals, purple handbag, hard-back journal, headphones and miscellaneous food and toiletries were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3500 block of Grandview Parkway, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief, reckless endangerment from the 3000 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. A driveway and grass were damaged.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property second degree from the 0 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A CVS prescription bottle containing Norco (10 milligrams) was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 300 block of Deseret Drive, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2600 Building of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree-shoplifting, criminal trespass from the 7100 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. Two folding umbrellas valued at $18 and two Alabama hats valued at $20 were stolen but later recovered.

-Harassment from the 7500 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Resisting arrest, probation violation domestic violence-harassment from the 2600 Building of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3500 block of Grandview Parkway, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from Buckton Road at Caldwell Mill Road.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3100 block of Woodbridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic incident from the 900 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.

Nov. 18

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A baggy containing tobacco and cigarettes, along with rolling paper, was recovered.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 12000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. Two small plastic baggies containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (1.5 grams), a clear plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine (.1 gram) and four glass pipes with residue commonly used for smoking narcotics were confiscated.

-Property damage from Shelby County 61 and Alabama 145. A stop sign and road hazard sign valued at $600 were damaged.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Kinstler Drive, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous U.S. currency in the amount of $69.13 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous U.S. currency in the amount of $45.87 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Highway 41 and Stonegate Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from Shelby County 55 and Merryhill Road, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 100 block of Center Star Road, Pell City. A 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2010 Smart Passion was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Marrows Point Drive, Birmingham.

-DUI-alcohol from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Burglary third degree, criminal mischief second degree from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A concession stand window and security rollup door were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Rape from the 100 block of Ashton Woods Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Birmingham. A 5-foot tall bronze Menorah sculpture valued at $12,000, a piece of a second bronze sculpture and an egg-shaped piece of another sculpture were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Birmingham. Assorted bronze pipes and rods, a 5-gallon bucket containing brass pieces and several half-finished bronze sculptures were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 2400 Building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A 2019 Ford Mustang valued at $25,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 100 block of Center Star Road, Pell City. A 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

Nov. 19

-Miscellaneous information from the 7600 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous items from Walmart totaling $47.65 were stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 600 block of Alexander Road, Leeds. A white picket fence was damaged.

-Duty upon striking fixtures upon a highway, miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 500 block of Alexander Road, Leeds. A metal mailbox valued at $50 was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 1400 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Indecent exposure from the 1100 block of Forest Lakes Way, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from an unknown location. A total of $500 was stolen and loaded onto iTunes cards.

-Property damage-structure fire from the 1600 block of Wilderness Trail, Shelby. A single-story residence was damaged.

-Theft of property from Riviera Drive, Calera. A diamond cross necklace valued at $700, diamond-studded earrings valued at $900 and an Apple iPad in a case valued at $400 were stolen.

-Theft of property second degree from the 5500 block of Cahaba Valley Road. A utility trailer valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Theft from the 800 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville. Equipment belonging to a 1987 D3B Dozier totaling $9,500 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Boatright Way, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Community notification violation from the 1500 block of First Street North, Alabaster.

-Community notification violation from the 200 block of Pine Oaks Drive, Montevallo.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 3900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Between $18 and $22 in cash and a Michael Cors watch valued at $300 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Spain Drive, Alabaster.

Nov. 20

-Property damage from Shelby County 30 and Shelby County 435, Columbiana. A 2009 Nissan Versa was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from U.S. 280 at Essex Drive.

-Harassment, miscellaneous incident from the 16500 block of U.S. 280 at Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from Alabama 25 South at Shelby County 431, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A clear bottle with a clear liquid suspected of being GHB was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 13000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver. A syringe and a cap containing an unknown substance believed to be heroin were recovered.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Shelby County 26, Alabaster. A right front fender, grill and bumper were damaged.

-Harassment from the 700 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 6700 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 60 block of AL-Youth Drive, Westover.

-Assault third degree from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Menacing, harassment from the 1500 block of Shelby Forest Lane, Chelsea.

Nov. 21

-Harassing communications from the 10 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident-recovered stolen property from Bear Creek Road at Forest Lakes Boulevard, Chelsea. An Alabama tag was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Spartan Drive, Pleasant Grove, Alabama. A green bud substance that appears to be marijuana (0.5 gram) was confiscated.

-Criminal mischief, theft of property fourth degree from the 12500 block of Shelby County 280, Chelsea. A fuel tank valued at $450 was damaged, and 23 gallons of gas valued at $51.52 was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from an unknown location. $5,500 was stolen from a credit card.

-Rape from the 13000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence-sexual abuse second degree from the 1000 block of Grand Oaks Drive, Bessemer.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 11 at Highway 36, Chelsea. Two syringes filled with possible heroin residue and two green plastic bottle caps used to mix heroin were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2018 Mercedes GLC SUV was stolen.

Nov. 22

-DUI-controlled substance from Alabama 25 at Low Road, Vincent.

-Harassing communications from the 1900 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.

-Assault from the 900 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1300 block of Sequoia Trail, Alabaster. Various firearms were confiscated.

-Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia-minor possession from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana (9 grams), a grinder with residue, less than 1 gram of marijuana (from the front seat) and marijuana smoking devices were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from Meadow Croft Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Shelby County 338, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 3700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A 2008 Toyota Camry was stolen.

-Burglary from the 400 block of Shelby County 24, Montevallo. A Palmetto Arms AR-15 valued at $500, Rock River AR-15 valued at $500, Super Red Hawk 44 magnum pistol valued at $1,200, Beretta Sporting Clay 12-gauge shotgun valued at $1,200, Remington Turkey Express magnum valued at $500, an Ithaca 20-gauge Upland bird gun shotgun valued at $300 and a Winchester 44 magnum valued at $350 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Shelby County 24, Montevallo. A Mossberg 835 Ulti-mag 12-gauge shotgun valued at $400 and a PSE compound bow valued at $400 were stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from various places out of state. $146.59 was stolen from a debit card.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
