The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 23-30:

Nov. 23

-DUI-alcohol from Shelby County 11 and Old Highway 280.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A passenger side mirror was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 42 East of Alabama 145. A driver’s side mirror was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road.

-Discharging a firearm into an unoccupied dwelling from the 0 block of Railroad Avenue, Maylene.

-Miscellaneous information from an unnamed location in Shelby County.

-Miscellaneous information from an unnamed location in Shelby County.

Nov. 24

-Miscellaneous incident-missing property from the 0 block of Kings Home Drive, Wilsonville. A total of 17 pills of 20-milligram Focalin XR used for ADHD were reported.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Chickering Circle, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from Shelby County 17 at Dana Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 3100 block of Shadow Oaks Way, Wilsonville. A mailbox, two vanities, countertops, two sinks, a house door, kitchen cabinets and metal entrance gates were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Persimmon Lane, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence by strangulation, domestic violence-assault from the 1600 block of Fleming Road, Vincent.

-Domestic investigation from the 4800 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea.

-Theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Envelopes containing $10,000 were stolen, and a front passenger window valued at $500 was damaged.

Nov. 25

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Stone Drive, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1300 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A shipping box containing various items was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice using a false identity from the 200 block of Raley Street, Vincent. A clear crystalline substance (1 gram meth), a clear liquid substance, (.20 milliliters meth), two clear syringes, one containing a liquid substance and one containing blood, a homemade smoke pipe made of a lightbulb and straw, and a slender glass smoking pipe wrapped in green and blue rubber wraps were confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 0 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Theft of property second degree from the 1000 block of Dublin Way, Birmingham. A Cynthia chain bracelet valued at $49.30 and 57 Oxycodone 15-milligram tablets were stolen.

-Terrorist threats from the 0 block of Manning Place, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Sheffield Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Griffin Park View, Birmingham. A 2019 UTLO “Big Tex” utility open trailer valued at $6,000 and miscellaneous binding straps, chains and hand tools contained in a toolbox mounted on the trailer were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 30 block of Adams Road, Leeds. Paper currency in the amount of $120 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 600 block of Turtle Lake Road, Birmingham.

-Fleeing or attempting to elude from the 300 block of Simmsville Road, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous incident-found property from the 2800 block of Shelby County 32, Chelsea. A leather wallet and various cards were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Cohill Drive, Alabaster. A pill bottle containing 2.8 grams of hydrocodone and two clear plastic baggies containing a white rock-like substance believed to be crack cocaine (.5 gram) were recovered.

-Theft of property from the 30 block of Adams Road, Leeds. Gabapentin (300-milligram tablets), a DeWalt impact driver, a box of rings, an iPhone 6 in case valued at $340, a Black & Decker drill and tool set valued at $200 and paper currency in the amount of $21 were stolen.

-Torture or willful abuse of a child under 18 from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

Nov. 26

-Harassing communications from the 30 block of Abbot Square, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1400 block of Shelby County 69, Chelsea. A 2005 Honda CRV was damaged.

-Reckless endangerment from the 3400 block of Possum Creek Trail, Birmingham.

-Harassment from Idlewood Drive, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 2400 building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 11000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from Camelia Lane, Maylene.

-Death investigation from Four Wings Lake Drive, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 500 block of Olmsted Street, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 4900 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A driver’s side door valued at $500 was damaged.

-Criminal mischief, theft of property from the 1200 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene. An Alabama Power switch box valued at $2,750 was damaged, and two Odyssey Extreme 1700 batteries valued at $750 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 3400 block of Possum Creek Trail, Birmingham. A bronze ball sculpture valued at $12,000, a rock replica sculpture valued at $12,000 and a primitive altar sculpture valued at $15,000 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Shelby County 32, Columbiana.

-SORNA violation from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Identity theft from Grande Vista Circle, Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 1300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Motorcycle helmets valued at $100, swords valued at $100 and a Rubbermaid cannister valued at $10 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 1000 block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 11000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence by strangulation from the 100 block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo. A mop sink valued at $80 and scrap metal shelving valued at $150 were stolen.

Nov. 27

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-animal attack from the 2000 block of Eagle Creek Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett. Collector’s baseball cards valued at $5,000, flute and wine glasses valued at $500, custom pottery valued at $600, miscellaneous clothes valued at $400, a silver baby cup valued at $100 and an Alexa home device valued at $199 were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. U.S. currency in the amount of $932.95 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. U.S. currency in the amount of $2,330 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. U.S. currency in the amount of $473.63 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-juvenile runaway from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment, domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous groceries valued at $112.09 were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 500 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Millers Farm Road, Columbiana.

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 41, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Shelby County 265 STE 705, Calera. A Motorola smartphone valued at $100 was stolen.

Nov. 28

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Olmsted Street, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Morris Estates Drive, Columbiana. A single-wide mobile home was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 0 block of Stevie Lane, Wilsonville. A 1987 Chevy Silverado was damaged.

-Domestic violence/harassing communications from the 100 block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1400 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 400 block of Willow Leaf Road, Harpersville.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Baron Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A brown substance suspected to be heroin was confiscated.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (Taco Bell).

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Heroin (0.3 gram) and a Suboxone strip were confiscated.

Nov. 29

-Miscellaneous incident from Tiger Lily Lane, Montevallo.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, identity theft from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 at YMCA Greystone. A 2012 Kia Sorento was damaged, and an orange purse and debit/credit cards were stolen.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 400 block of Honeysuckle Road, Helena.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana. A Bobcat skid steer valued at $3,500, a Komatsu track hoe valued at $6,900, Milwaukee cordless drills, hammer drills and assorted power tools valued at $1,000 and DeWalt cordless drills, saws, etc. valued at $500 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, criminal mischief from the Greystone YMCA. A Louis Vuitton purse and various cards were stolen, and a 2009 Nissan Altima was damaged.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card, theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Bentmoor Lane, Helena. A written prescription for Oxycodone (15 milligrams, 120 tablets) was stolen.

-DUI, no driver’s license from the 1800 block of Shelby County 30, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A plastic bag containing a white crystal substance (meth) and opened Suboxone strips were confiscated.

-Public intoxication from the 400 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, DUI-controlled substance from U.S. 280 and Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A small plastic bag containing crystal meth (0.65 gram) was confiscated.

Nov. 30

-Minor in possession of alcohol by consumption from Merivale Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Marwood Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, resisting arrest from the 3900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Stalking from the 0 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 900 block of Shelby County 438, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication from an unnamed location. A clear glass pipe used for smoking meth with residue was confiscated.

-Harassment from Autumn Crest Drive at Shelby County 47, Chelsea.

-DUI from Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol, public intoxication from the 900 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana.
