The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 8-12:

Dec. 8

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Cherokee Drive, Wilsonville. A mailbox was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana at Juvenile Detention Center.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Cherokee Drive, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 1300 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A 2015 Nissan Altima was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2300 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A women’s blouse valued at $27.99 and panties valued at $19.99 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Lilly Drive, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 at Walmart, Chelsea. A Ford F-150 valued at $2,000 and a Taurus .38 special valued at $400 were stolen.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Lilly Drive, Sterrett.

-Property damage from Caldwell Mill Road and Indian Gate Circle, Birmingham. A 2006 BMW 330I was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham.

-Fleeing or attempting to elude, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 300 block of Simmsville Road, Alabaster. A large Ziplock bag containing a green leafy substance presumed to be marijuana (53 grams) were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 900 block of 19^th Street, Calera. A white crystal like substance presumed to be methamphetamine (.5 grams) on a picture frame and glass pipes with residue were confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Brantley Lake Road, Maylene. An Alabama vehicle tag was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Deer Run Road, Alabaster.

-Fire investigation from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A single-story brick clothing boutique and contents were burned.

Dec. 9

-Violation of a protection order from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 9300 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 4000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Assault from the 1100 building of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 11000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A spoon with burn marks on the bottom and possible residue on top, pink straw, needle, GoodRX card used to separate methamphetamine and a paper with powdered meth were recovered.

-Fire investigation from Barnett Street, Montevallo. A storage building, electric wheelchair, riding lawnmower and assorted tools were damaged.

-Missing person-runaway juvenile from Dana Drive, Montevallo.

-Theft of services from the 0 block of Brown Road, Bessemer. Power stolen from Alabama Power totaled $3,040.72.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo. A female wallet, $60 in cash and various cards were stolen.

Dec. 10

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 9300 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A chain link dog pen valued at $300 was stolen.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from Rich Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 100 block of Lake Drive, Shelby. Clothing valued at $250, a jewelry box with miscellaneous jewelry valued at $200, bathroom items valued at $200, a dog valued at $250 and a blacklight valued at $20 were stolen.

-Cruelty to animals from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville. A window was damaged.

Dec. 11

-DUI-alcohol, attempting to elude from the 600 block of Shelby Hotel Road, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Pete Harris Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Kings Ranch Lane, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 900 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 8000 block of Shelby County 17, Maylene. Two dog tag necklaces valued at $4.35 each were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Shiloh Creek Drive, Calera.

-Civil dispute from Homeland Way, Montevallo.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from outside the 1000 building of Eagle Ridge Apartments, Birmingham.

-Forgery third degree from the 100 block of Bluebird Lane, Shelby. Amounts of $2,400 and $1,840.12 were stolen from checks.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1900 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham. An LG TV valued at $417.90 was stolen.

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 20 block of Oakwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 600 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 3000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

Dec. 12

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Twin Way, Wilsonville.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Timberview Trail, Chelsea. Bullet holes were found in a metal sign.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer valued at $5,000 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident-violation of school rules fight from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Assault with bodily fluids (multiple counts) from the 5200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 5200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road at Christian Life Church, Birmingham. A Nord piano valued at $5,000 and a bass guitar valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Burglary, theft of property from Rich Drive, Chelsea. An HP Envy laptop valued at $1,200 and a canine white Maltese/poodle mix valued at $1,200 were stolen.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Country Manor Drive, Westover. Fire damage to a residence resulted in approximately $250,000 in damages.

-Identity theft from Augusta Way, Shoal Creek. Money in the amount of $900 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea.
