The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 10-17:

Dec. 10

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 400 block of Shelby County 8, Wilton. A front lawn was damaged.

Dec. 11

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the BP parking lot at Shelby County 36 and Shelby County 11, Chelsea. Marijuana (.7 gram) and a digital scale were confiscated.

Dec. 12

-DUI-alcohol from Shelby County 87 at Shelby County 12, Calera.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown exact address on Snow Drive, Alabaster.

Dec. 13

-Criminal mischief from Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A 2005 Volvo S-40 sustained $265 in damages.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A Ziplock bag containing a green leafy substance presumed to be marijuana (2 grams) was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, public intoxication from Shelby County 47 at Alabama 145, Shelby. Approximately 0.5 gram of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was confiscated.

-Public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 47 at Shelby County 69, Shelby. A glass pipe was confiscated.

-Harassment from an unnamed location.

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 16700 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Valleydale Road, Birmingham. A 2011 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-damage to property from the 3300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A window valued at $200 was damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from the 90 block of Sagebrush Lane, Alabaster.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Ridgeview Lake Road, Alabaster. A Kimber Sapphire Micro semi-auto pistol valued at $965 was stolen.

-SORNA violation-registration with local law enforcement from the Shelby Motor Lodge, 1560 First Street South, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Peaceful Valley Road, Columbiana. A Savage ML10 rifle valued at $1,500, a Remington Nylon 22-caliber rifle valued at $500, a CVA Wolf Mussell loader valued at $100, an Interarms 22-caliber rifle valued at $200, a 6.5-millimeter Swedish Mauser valued at $250 and a Mossberg pump shotgun valued at $200 were stolen.

Dec. 14

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. A 2018 Kia Soul was damaged.

-DUI-alcohol, improper passing from Shelby County 61 and Alabama 145.

-Miscellaneous incident-lost property from Old Highway 280 and Highway 55, Westover.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, Maylene.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Maylene.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 2200 block of Shelby County 50, Vandiver.

-Theft of property third degree from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An iPhone XR with case and stand valued at $599 was stolen.

-Theft first degree, criminal mischief second degree from the 31900 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. An F250 or F350 Alabama Power service truck was stolen and approximately 100 feet of chain link fencing was damaged.

-Theft of property first degree from the 14000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 valued at $38,705 was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 500 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

-Sodomy from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 15000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana (2 grams) was recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Otts Farm Road, Montevallo.

Dec. 15

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 3400 Building of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A Kitchen Aide 5QT tilt-head mixer valued at $280 was stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Vinyl siding and a second-story window were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicidal threats from Kings Way, Birmingham. A Smith & Wesson SD9 VE 9-millimeter handgun and 19 9-millimeter bullets were confiscated.

-Harassing communications from Wild Turkey Lane, Maylene.

-Theft of property second degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 3000 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville. A prescription pill bottle containing 180 Oxycodone 325 was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Resisting arrest from the 1300 block of Eighth Street Southwest, Alabaster.

-Resisting arrest, assault third degree from the 100 block of Calumet Drive, Birmingham. A CD containing photo evidence of a minor injury was reported.

-Miscellaneous incident-civil dispute from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Mayflower Lane, Sterrett. A 1979 Toyota pickup valued at $2,000, a 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 650 valued at $1,500, a “chopper style” minibike valued at $50, a DeWalt impact drill valued at $50, an Echo chainsaw valued at $160 and an AC Delco air compressor valued at $200 were stolen.

Dec. 16

-Miscellaneous incident-found property from Shelby County 39, Chelsea Park, Chelsea. An iPhone with a Tech 21 case was recovered.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Suspected marijuana (5 grams) was confiscated.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 0 block of Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby. Gasoline valued at $20 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, probation violation from the 100 block of Blackstone Court, Chelsea. Clonazepam tablets (nine count, 3 milligrams, approximately 1.7 grams) were recovered.

-Robbery from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. U.S. currency totaling $320 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Steeplechase Lane, Vincent.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 16000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 1000 block of Shelby County 441, Wilsonville.

-Missing person-runaway juvenile from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, theft of property first degree from the 8400 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. A 2008 GMC Sierra was damaged, and tools were stolen.

-Theft of property second degree, unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Double Creek Lane, Wilsonville. A Ruger 45-caliber pistol valued at $570 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Pool Road, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-SORNA violation-failure to register from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from Fulton Road, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 6000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo. A 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1300 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

Dec. 17

-Minor in possession or consumption of alcohol from the 2900 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from Vasser Circle, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 200 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2019 Nissan Murano was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A vehicle registration tag was stolen.

-Community notification violation from the 200 block of Millers Farm Road, Columbiana.

-Missing or endangered person from the 100 block of Moss Hill Circle, Calera.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A total of $7,777.06 was stolen from a credit account.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 100 block of Meadow Croft Circle, Birmingham. A 2008 Toyota Scion sustained $700 in damages (sunroof).

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1400 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. At Chelsea Middle School.

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 near Highland Lakes, Birmingham. A patrol car was damaged.
