The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 23-29:

Dec. 23

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Joseph Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A Smith & Wesson magazine with five 9-millimeter rounds was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Hornet Parkway, Chelsea.

-Carrying a concealed weapon from Old County Road 280 and Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea. A revolver was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 11000 block of Old 280, Chelsea. A fence was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 1000 block of Highway 74, Chelsea. A metal building, bobcat, saddles and tack were damaged.

-Harassment from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver.

-Identity theft from Highway 19, Montevallo. An amount of $800 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Oxycodone Acetaminophen (188 count) were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property third degree from the 4000 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham. Various cards were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 4100 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. A Taurus .45-caliber handgun and a book of checks were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 4100 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. A Michael Kors wallet valued at $140 and various cards were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 4700 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham.

-Theft of property second degree from the 20000 block of Adams Ridge Drive, Chelsea. A utility trailer valued at $500 and metal tin roofing valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Shelby County 43 and Forest Lakes Parkway, Sterrett.

Dec. 24

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. A vape pen valued at $18.89 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 500 block of Shelby County 62, Harpersville. A front bumper was damaged.

-Assault from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver.

-Death investigation from the 9400 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. Morphine Sulfate (29 milliliters) and Lorazepam (29 milliliters) were damaged or destroyed.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Amounts of $700, $700 and $430 were stolen from checks.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Harbour Drive, Wilsonville.

-Transmitting obscene material to a child by computer from the 5000 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

Dec. 25

-DUI-alcohol from the 1500 block of Bent River Circle, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 2700 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage was damaged.

-Theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Kiinstler Drive, Maylene. An amount of $400 was stolen from an Alabama EBT card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Cash in the amount of $100 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 2300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Various cards, papers and a wallet were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Kiinstler Drive, Maylene. An Alabama tag, vehicle battery valued at $150, title to a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and PayPal cards valued at $530 were stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 2400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Domestic violence second degree-assault from the 100 block of Cliff Road, Sterrett.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A Nissan Maxima sustained $500 in damages.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Narrows Peak Circle, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 0 block of Retreat Lane, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett. A mailbox was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

Dec. 26

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster.

-Fleeing or attempting to elude to the 100 block of Edwards Lane, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett. An iron mailbox was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Block Foothills Trace, Chelsea. About 20 boxes of unknown clear liquid in various glass jars and bottles were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 West at Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. A 2016 Scion IA was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Shelby County 47 and Shelby County 61, Shelby. A baggie of crystal rock substance testing positive for methamphetamine (1.2 grams) was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 at Cowboys, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A 2017 Toyota Camry was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from the 300 block of Shelby county 69, Chelsea. An amount of $920.74 was stolen from a debit card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 6600 block of White Tail Drive, Birmingham. Miscellaneous loose change was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A Kukri (curved machete) valued at $130 and $50 in cash were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A pair of Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $150 were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5800 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. Assorted gift cards valued at $100 and $20 in cash were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5400 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 5400 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A Ruger 7-millimeter rifle valued at $600, a bow valued at $1,500, a Tasco trail camera valued at $350 and a backpack with clothing valued at $500 were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 6300 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham. A 2018 Honda Civic valued at $33,000 was stolen.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence protection order enforcement act from the 2000 block of Eagle Park Lane, Birmingham.

-Forgery from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham. A total of $1,500 was stolen from a check.

-Forgery from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham. A total of $1,000 was stolen from a check.

-Forgery from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham. A total of $1,500 was stolen from three money orders.

-Domestic investigation from the 48000 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from Circle K, 21195 Alabama 25, Columbiana.

Dec. 27

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Alabama 119, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Wingfield Court, Birmingham. A 2015 Ford Escape was damaged.

-Harassment, theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A $100 bill was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Chickering Circle, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2012 Nissan Altima sustained $300 in damages.

Dec. 28

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Paradise Circle, Shelby.

-Public intoxication from Shelby County 73 at Shelby County 8, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from Olmstead and Abbott Square, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1100 block of Shelby County 17, Alabaster. Plastic bags containing a crystal like substance believed to be crystal meth (2.5 grams) and glass pipes with residue were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident-civil dispute from Dusty Way, Harpersville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the area of Shelby County 55 and Eggler Road.

-Domestic investigation, miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from Surrey Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 5300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A 2012 Infiniti M37 was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from Wildflower Drive, Maylene.

Dec. 29

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident-found property from the 500 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea. Three $100 bills were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from U.S. 280 at Brook Highland Parkway. A 2015 Toyota 4-Runner was damaged.

-DUI from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
