Jan. 15
-Possession of firearm after identification altered, receiving stolen property from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A Phoenix Arms .22-caliber pistol valued at $350 was recovered, and a .410 hand gun was confiscated.
Jan. 16
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 14000 block of U.S. 280.
-Property damage from the 0 block of Meadow Lane, Harpersville. A 2016 Ford Explorer police cruiser was damaged.
-Property damage from the 7500 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A 2014 Ford Escape was damaged.
-Harassment from the 600 block of Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 21000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.
-Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 39 at Shelby County 335, Chelsea. A 2010 Chrysler 300 was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.
-Forgery from the 0 block of Chesser-Crane Road, Chelsea. An amount of $7,497.05 was stolen from forged checks.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of Mickey’s Circle, Harpersville. A New Holland hay stacker wagon valued at $8,000 was stolen.
-Domestic investigation from U.S. 280 and Creswell Road.
-Unlawful imprisonment from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.
Jan. 17
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds. A 2015 Nissan Altima was damaged.
-Property damage from Alabama 25 at the Bibb County line, Wilton. A 2015 Ford F250 was damaged.
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo.
-Reckless endangerment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Kingston Road, Chelsea.
-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Twin Oaks Way, Chelsea. A two-story brick residence was damaged from a fire in the kitchen.
-Miscellaneous incident from Valleydale Road at Hollow Log Lane, Birmingham.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 11000 block of U.S. 280, Westover. A propane tank valued at $50 was stolen, and a propane tank cage was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Alta Vista Drive, Chelsea. A green leafy substance (5 grams) and a plastic bottle with black residue were confiscated.
-Forgery, theft of property from the 100 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $2,233 was stolen.
-Identity theft from the 3100 block of Shelby County 331, Columbiana.
-Identity theft from an unknown location in the Dallas, Texas area. An amount of $7,818.66 was stolen from a debit health savings account number.
-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Fowler Lake Road, Birmingham. A redline water pump valued at $450 and a collapsible hose valued at $75 were stolen.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property from Brook Highland Tennis Club, 3157 Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. A Louis Vuitton purse valued at $1,000 and various cards were stolen. A 2019 Toyota 4Runner was damaged.
-Property damage from the 5300 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A 2017 Jeep Patriot was damaged.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
Jan. 18
-Assault from the 900 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.
-Domestic investigation from the 4500 block of Shelby County 18, Montevallo.
-DUI, promoting prison contraband from Shelby County 71 and Shelby County 42, Shelby. A baggie containing meth (less than 0.1 gram).
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 16800 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Dexmethylphenidate Hydrochloride (4 count, 10 milligrams), Clonazepam (13 count, 1 milligram), Gabapentin (6 count, 600 milligrams), 15 packets of Ipratropium and Albuterol Sulfate (89 grams) and four packets of Ipratropium (21 grams) were confiscated.
-Theft of property from ALDI, 4639 U.S. 280, Birmingham. Miscellaneous grocery items valued at $300 were stolen.
-Vehicle versus deer from Cahaba Valley Road near Keith Drive, Birmingham. A 2016 Honda Pilot was damaged.
-DUI, illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 20-mile marker of U.S. 280 East. Baclofen (10 milligrams) was confiscated.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1900 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. A wagon wheel was damaged.
-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 20000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A glass mug valued at $25 and a broom valued at $25 were damaged.
-Identity theft from the 700 block of Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea.
Jan. 19
-Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 block of Shelby County 36, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 2700 block of Berkeley Drive, Birmingham.
-Civil dispute from the 1000 block of Little Turtle Circle, Birmingham.
-Identity theft, fraudulent use of a debit card from an unknown location. Transactions totaling $5,52866, a transaction for $40.25 and a transaction for $45.78 were made.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 900 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A bag containing a U.S. passport and miscellaneous medications was reported.
-Burglary from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A DeWalt miter saw valued at $450, a DeWalt reciprocating saw valued at $200, a Craftsman socket set valued at $100 and autographed pictures of Alabama football were stolen.
Jan. 20
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea. A plastic bag with a white substance, possibly heroin, was recovered.
-Theft of property fourth from the 4000 block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea. A Weber gas grill valued at $350 was stolen.
-Death investigation from the 56000 block of Alabama 25, Leeds.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Apache Drive, Wilsonville.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $2,000 was stolen from a forged check.
-Possession of a forged instrument from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Money in the amount of $1,300 was stolen from a forged check.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Brush Creek Farm, Columbiana.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Old Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A syringe with a dark liquid (3 grams), a digital scale with white powder and an unmarked pill bottle with clear liquid (60 grams) were confiscated.
-Assault from the 4000 block of Old Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from Riverview Road at Springs Avenue, Birmingham.
-Theft of property third degree from the 1200 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville. A metal trailer valued at $1,200 was stolen.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 6000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief from the 4400 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 4400 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 1000 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. A Cyberpower PC valued at $3,000, an ARES keyboard valued at $60, a tablet valued at $50, a PlayStation 4 valued at $300, PS4 games totaling $1,600 and movies valued at $450 were stolen.
Jan. 21
-Property damage from the 21000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana. A gas pump line was damaged.
-Criminal mischief from Alabama 155, Montevallo. A 2002 Pontiac Bonneville was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from Forest Parkway at Dogwood Trail, Alabaster.
-Dog at large from the 4000 block of Oak Meadow Curve, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Redfern Way, Birmingham.
-Property damage from Shelby County 73 and Shelby County 8, Montevallo. A mailbox was damaged.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 700 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 500 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville.
-Theft of services from the 300 block of Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea. Power totaling $14,267.24 was stolen.
-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 0 block of Benjamin Drive, Alabaster.
-Theft of property from Mitchell Street, Wilsonville. A 2019 Hyundai Elantra was stolen.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 200 block of Lorrin Lane, Sterrett. A credit and debit card and a wallet were stolen.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett. A Ruger 9-millimeter pistol valued at $350 was stolen.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Sterrett. A Glock 30 pistol and two magazines, .45 caliber valued at $500 were stolen.
Jan. 22
-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 6600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Money totaling $201 was stolen from a check.
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1300 block of Narrows Point Bend, Birmingham. Money totaling $400 was stolen.
-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Chelsea Ridge Drive, Columbiana.
-Burglary third degree from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.
-Burglary third degree, theft of property second degree from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. An Apple iMac computer valued at $800, a soundbar valued at $500 and a TCL TV valued at $200 were stolen.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property fourth degree from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A buck knife valued at $75, a pocket knife valued at $50 and a Gameboy Advance valued at $100 were stolen.
