Chambers collaborating to host free webinar on business emergency loans

A free webinar created for small businesses and other eligible organizations that want to apply for the recently established Economic Injury Disaster Loan from the U. S. Small Business Administration will be held Wednesday, March 25, at 4 p.m.
The webinar will show small businesses and other eligible organizations how to apply for the SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan, as well as updated information and clarifications from the SBA and clarifications.
The Alabama Small Business Development Center, which created this webinar, is talking with other SBDC programs to learn what type of applications are being accepted as well as which ones are rejected—and why.
Any business or organization that wants to participate, must register, so early registration is encouraged to ensure your organization’s participation. Once the organization has registered a link to log in to the webinar will be sent to them prior to the webinar.
In addition to the Alabama Small Business Development Center, The Shelby County Chamber is collaborating with the following other organizations (listed alphabetically): Alexander City Chamber of Commerce, Hoover Area Chamber, City of Hoover’s Economic Development, 58, INC, The Shelby County Chamber’s economic development partner and the Lake Martin Innovation Center.
