The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 1-8:

April 1

-Domestic violence-harassment, criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4600 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.

-Receiving stolen property second degree from the 400 block of Shelby County 9, Wilsonville. A utility trailer valued at $1,500 was stolen.

-DUI from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 60 block of Chelsea Point Drive, Chelsea. A Sonic ordering station/menu sustained $2,500 in damages.

-Theft of property, unauthorized use of vehicle from the 300 block of Snow Drive, Alabaster. Hydrocodone (7.5 milligrams, 13 count) was stolen.

-Sexual abuse from Oak Meadows Cove, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 200 block of King’s Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from Shelby County 270 near the shooting range in Helena. Four PC 1700 batteries valued at $1,540 were stolen, and a modem and switching motors valued at $20,000 were damaged.

-Harassment, harassing communications from the 2800 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Snow Drive, Alabaster.

-Juvenile runaway from the 4000 block of Oak Meadows Cove, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 9000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 7700 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

-Damage to property from Corporate Parkway at U.S. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

April 2

-Theft from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham. $1,800 was stolen from a PayPal account.

-Theft of property from an unknown location. $200 was stolen.

-Identity theft from an unknown location.

-Incident from the 5500 block of U.S. 280 at north substation, Birmingham.

-Assault from the 100 block of Shelby County 303, Shelby.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Shelby County 277, Helena. An HP printer valued at $300 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3400 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

-Disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 40 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds. Suspected meth (.07 gram), suspected marijuana (.04 gram), a spoon with residue, eight used syringes with residue and an Alabama ID were recovered.

-Harassment from Olmsted Street, Birmingham.

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from Hunter’s Lane, Vandiver. Glass window panes valued at $100 were damaged, and a doll valued at $5,000 was stolen.

-Property damage from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A fuel pump nozzle and hose were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sassafras Way, Maylene.

April 3

-Identity theft from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 Chelsea. Nine cell phones were stolen.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Laura Lane, Chelsea. A 9-millimeter Glock firearm valued at $400 was stolen.

-Assault second degree, menacing from the 1700 block of Shelby County 7, Wilsonville.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 at Edwards Chevrolet, Birmingham. A diamond ring valued at $2,500 was stolen.

-Identity theft from an unknown location. Two credit cards were counterfeited.

-Death investigation-hospice from the 2100 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5500 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Information from the 80 block of Windsong Lane, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Meadow Creek Lane, Alabaster. Two BMX bicycles valued at a combined $230 were stolen.

-Incident from the 2800 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Interference with custody from the 1200 block of Rockmart Circle Northwest, Kennesaw, Georgia.

April 4

-Theft of property, criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent. Various tools valued at $5,000 and a computer hard drive were stolen; a 1999 Honda Accord EX and a Bush Hog tractor were damaged.

-Missing person from the 30 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 600 block of Dusty Hollow Lane, Columbiana.

-Robbery first degree from the 0 block of Greenhills Parkway, Birmingham. $154 and an iPhone valued at $1,100 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Sunset Lake Drive, Chelsea.

-Runaway juvenile from the 100 block of Birdsong Lane, Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from U.S. 280 at the 117-mile marker, Chelsea. A 2006 Nissan Altima was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 6700 block of Whitetail Cove Drive, Birmingham. A front door, railing and porch decking were damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea. Tires valued at a combined $479 were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Cliff Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Spider Lilly Lane, Montevallo. A cat was stolen.

-Criminal mischief from Silver Lane, Montevallo. A mobile home door was damaged.

-Harassment from Silver Lane, Alabaster.

April 5

-Community notification violation from the 1500 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Assault from the 100 block of Diamond Lane, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 1100 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from Southern Lane, Helena.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 259, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 100 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham. House siding and a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer were damaged.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 100 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Beer was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.

April 6

-Property damage from the 9800 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville. A digital LED sign and a monument were recovered.

-Harassment, criminal mischief second degree from the 5000 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham. A 2019 Toyota Tacoma was damaged.

-Harassment, criminal mischief third degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A ukulele was damaged.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 3300 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo.

-Theft of property second degree from the 3700 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana. A Ruger firearm valued at $199 was stolen.

-Distribution of material harmful to minors from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea. An Alcatel 5041C cell phone was recovered.

-Criminal tampering second degree from the 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana.

-Disorderly conduct, trespass third degree from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief third degree from Nelson Circle, Montevallo. A Sony PlayStation 4 valued at $350 was damaged.

April 7

-Domestic violence-assault from Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Belmont Way, Chelsea. A two-story residence and garage, and two BMWs were damaged.

-Death investigation from the 4900 block of Heather Pointe, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 500 block of Foothills Drive, Chelsea. A house was damaged.

-Incident from U.S. 280 and Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham.

-Agency assist from the 100 block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville.

-Information from the 3300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 300 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence by strangulation, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 6000 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3000 block of Old Stone Road, Birmingham. A white powdery substance in a plastic baggy (11 grams), spoon, socket and a Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

April 8

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Strother Street, Montevallo. A utility trailer valued at $1,400 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 700 block of Hidden Ridge, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of First Avenue, Shelby.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 226-mile marker of I-65 North, Calera.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea.
