WESTOVER — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has reported that 16-year-old Joseph Daniel Johnson, first reported missing on April 16, has been located and is safe.

The SCSO posted the update on its Facebook page on May 19 at 4:40 p.m. Johnson and another teenager, who has also since been located, were last seen in the Westover area.

The SCSO thanked everyone who had shared the previous posts.
