The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 1-8:

 

Nov. 1

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 2700 block of Drennen Circle, Birmingham.

Nov. 2

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Berry Lane, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts) from U.S. 280 West at Corporate Parkway, Birmingham. A white powder substance believed to be cocaine (.5 gram), Hydrocodone pill and a multicolored glass pipe with residue were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 50 block of Lay Lake Way, Shelby. A wallet containing medical information, copies of driver’s licenses and Social Security cards was stolen.

-Property damage from the 6100 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. A mailbox was damaged.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Incident from Shelby County 39 and U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville. A Black Port City 7×20 7K trailer valued at $5,500, blue metal tool box valued at $500 and assorted tools valued at $1,000 were stolen. Photos of suspect vehicle with stolen items were recovered.

Nov. 3

-Incident from the 600 block of Crenshaw Road, Columbiana at Magnolia Creek Treatment Center.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 200 block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham. A front door and door frame were damaged.

-Minor in possession of alcohol by consumption from the 200 block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Lake Paradise Drive, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Inverness Center Drive and Danberry Lane, Birmingham. Two plastic bags of marijuana (29 grams) and a marijuana cigarette (0.5 gram) were confiscated.

-Property damage from the 2700 block of Berkeley Drive, Birmingham. A 2013 Ford Explorer 4×4 passenger front door was damaged.

-Destruction of government property from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A male booking padded room floor was damaged.

-Incident from the 200 block of Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Violation of a protection order from the 2000 block of Bridlewood Drive, Helena.

Nov. 4

-Leaving the scene of an accident, property damage from Chesser Plantation Lane at U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2010 Infiniti M35 was damaged.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Disorderly conduct, attempting to elude law enforcement officer from the 300 block of Shelby County 302, Shelby.

-Fire investigation from the 1600 block of Shelby County 277, Helena. A mobile home and camper were damaged.

-Theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A 2021 Dodge Ram, Winchester 101 12-gauge shotgun and Kimber 1911 45-caliber firearm were stolen.

-Incident from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A 2013 Hyundai Genesis and $3,000 in cash were stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 2300 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham. A 2015 Chevy Impala was damaged.

-Fire investigation from U.S. 280 and Salser Lane, Birmingham. A 2008 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.

Nov. 5

-Property damage from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 437, Chelsea. A 1997 Jeep Wrangler was reported with fully-engulfed fire damage.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea.

-DUI-alcohol, improper lane usage from Shelby County 22 at Sysco Drive, Calera.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A glass pipe with residue and a marijuana cigarette (.5 gram) were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Farley Lane at Farley Court, Birmingham. Marijuana (3 grams) in a dime bag weighed by scale provided by the SO was confiscated.

-Attempt to elude, resisting arrest from the 5000 block of Greystone Way, Hoover.

-Harassing communications from the 3000 block of Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham.

-DUI from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Public intoxication from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Theft of property first degree from the 1000 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby.

-Violation of a protection order from the 300 block of West Sterrett Street, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 3 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A stand/shelving valued at $30 was damaged.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 100 block of Buie Road, Columbiana.

-Burglary, theft of property fourth degree from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby. A Wayze Cam V3 security camera valued at $65 and a Wayze security camera with zoom function valued at $79.99 were stolen; a serrated kitchen knife with wooden handle was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 41000 block of Alabama 25, Vincent.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property-second degree from the 1600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A Century Arms mini Draco pistol valued at $1,100 was stolen.

-Incident from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 83, Harpersville. CBD gummies and a false Alabama driver’s license were recovered.

Nov. 6

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Suspected cocaine (approximately 0.5 gram with packaging) was confiscated.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 90 block of Sagebrush Lane, Alabaster. A box style vape was recovered.

-Extortion from the 80 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville.

-Assault with bodily fluids from Alabama 25 and Gould Road, Columbiana.

-DUI-controlled substance, resisting arrest from Alabama 25 and Gould Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1100 block of Monaghan Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.

-SORNA (Sex Offender Registration Notification Act) violation from the 100 block of Kelly Hill Circle, Harpersville.

-Incident from the 1000 block of Shadow Oaks Drive, Wilsonville.

-Identity theft from the 9000 block of Shelby County 55, Westover.

-Incident from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea.

-Lost property from Harpersville Police Department. A Harpersville PD badge and ID card were lost.

-Harassing communications from the 3200 block of Brook Highland Trace, Birmingham.

-Missing person-runaway juvenile from the 300 block of King Ranch Lane, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle, theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Wild Ivy Lane, Maylene. A cross-body purse valued at $50, wallet containing driver license and $40 valued at $40, debit card, credit card and two Visa gift cards valued at a combined $100 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from online.

-Incident from the 1000 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Polo Trace, Chelsea.

Nov. 7

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A large wrap-around window at end of mobile home valued at $1,000, a front door frame valued at $100 and a Toyota Tacoma (year not provided) sustained $300 in damages.

-Theft first degree from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-SORNA violation-residence restriction from the 100 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument fourth degree from the 20 block of Shady Acres Road at Saginaw Recycling, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Boone Lacey Lane, Alabaster.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Three unopened packs of Suboxone strips (3 grams) and an open pack of Suboxone strips with only one strip remaining (1 gram) were confiscated.

Nov. 8

-Drug paraphernalia from the 10000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. A pipe with residue was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 31 and Old Highway 31, Alabaster. A green leafy substance (marijuana) in a Swisher Sweets package (approximately 8 grams) was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 46 and 47, Shelby. Meth (approximately 0.5 grams with packaging) and a straw with meth residue were confiscated.

-Incident from the 20 block of Spring Lane, Shelby.

-Property damage-non-criminal from the 2300 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A glass window on door to the rear of the residence was damaged.

-Incident from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea.

-Child in need of supervision from the 100 block of Love Lane, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 3600 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana. A 50-inch TV, Qlink tablet and approximately 1,700 baseball and football cards were stolen.

-Duty to remain on scene of accident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A 2014 Ford Focus was damaged.

-Incident from the 0 block of Pine Oaks Drive, Montevallo.

-Property damage from the 90 block of Hawthorne Street, Birmingham. A ladder rack on top of a van was damaged.

-Violation of domestic violence protection order from the 3500 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Chelsea Park Trail at Chelsea Park Crossing, Chelsea.
