Dec. 17

Dec. 18

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Highway 52 at Hillsboro Parkway.

-Miscellaneous from the 4500 Block of Old Cahaba Parkway.

-Criminal trespass third degree from 2nd Avenue West.

-Miscellaneous from Scurlock Road.

-Property damage from Highway 261 and Starkey Street.

-Dog not on leash from 3rd Street and 2nd Avenue West.

-Domestic violence – third degree – harassment and larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 2500 Block of Bridlewood Drive.

-Miscellaneous missing person from Chadwick Lane.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property 2nd – gun from vehicle from the 3400 Block of Morgan Road.

-Criminal trespass third degree and criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less from 2nd Avenue West.

Dec. 24

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and obstructing government operations from South Shades Crest Road and Silver Lakes Drive.

Montevallo

Nov. 30

-Burglary third degree and damaged property – CM criminal mischief – damage to business from County Road 10 (convenience store). Recovered were black socks, black T-shirt, white trash bag, rocks and glass on a business entrance door valued at $4.

Dec. 19

-Trespass warning from Alabama Highway 25 (convenience store).
