Feb. 19

-Failure to appear in court and FTA (driving while license suspended) from the 2000 Block of Valleydale Road, Hoover (department/discount store; government/public building).

-Theft of property fourth degree – shoplifting from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise/clothing and assorted merchandise valued at $173.06.

Feb. 20

-Property damage from Interstate 65 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a front bumper of a black Honda Accord valued at $5,000.

-Failure to appear – traffic citation from the 2000 Block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 and trespassing notice from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was general merchandise; Walmart valued at $534.31.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a passenger rear quarter panel of a black Nissan Rogue valued at $500.

-Alias/harassment domestic violence third and alias/failure to comply with court orders from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 242.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (residence/home). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $782.15.

-Alias/failure to comply with court orders and capias/under the influence of alcohol from the 700 Block of 6th Avenue SW.

Feb. 21

-Alias warrant/FTA driving under the influence from Highway 11 and Highway 68.

-Property damage from Butler Road and Slater Lane (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was an automobile; black Honda Accord Sport 1.5L valued at $1.

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 100 Block of Allen Drive (church/synagogue/temple/mosque). Stolen was an automobile; white Chevrolet Express 2500 LS valued at $15,000.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 700 Block of Butler Road.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 100 Block of Maylene Lane (residence/home).

-Theft of property 4th, $500 or less and criminal trespass third degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise; Walmart clothing; AME valued at $108.82.

-Harassing communications from the 1700 Block of King James Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less and criminal trespass third degree (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered were six miscellaneous items and two pipes with residue valued at $171.83.

-Harassing communications from the 1400 Block of King James Drive (cyberspace).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Stolen was approximately 4 grams of Methamphetamine valued at $1. Recovered was drugs/narcotic equipment and approximately 0.5 grams of marijuana.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from 1st Street SW at Highway 119 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).
