Feb. 27

-Capias warrant (fail to comply with court order) from the 100 Block of Lambert Drive, Heflin.

-Alias writ of arrest – theft of property 4th from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Big Oak Drive. Damaged was a front bumper of a silver Chrysler Pacifica valued at $100.

-Harassing communications from the 1600 Block of Pacific Drive (residence/home).

-Alias warrant driving with learners permit only from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Information only from the 500 Block of Highway 31. Recovered was a Taurus .380.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered were 10 documents/personal or business, approximately 2.2 grams of Methamphetamine, a glass pipe with residue and miscellaneous items valued at $106.64.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Old Highway 31 and Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

Feb. 28

-Information only from Kent Dairy Road and Rena Lane (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was automobile driver headlight and automobile white driver door valued at $2.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 700 Block of Fulton Springs Road (commercial/office building). Recovered was 9.4 grams of marijuana, orange glass pipe and metal grinder with marijuana residue.

-Information only from 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue SE.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was a bag of merchandise valued at $65.76.

-Information only from the 400 Block of Thompson Road.

-Animal complaint from the 1900 Black of King Charles Court (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise; Minni refrigerator valued at $228.

-Harassment from the 100 Block of King James Court (residence/home).

Feb. 29

-Information only from the 10700 Block of Highway 17 (residence/home). Stolen were four Apple gift cards valued at $2,000.

-Information only from the 200 Block of Smokey Road.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen were three merchandise (toys) valued at $64.85.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW (department/discount store). Damaged was a 2017 black Mercedes GLS450 valued at $1,000.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less form the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (government/public building). Stolen was money valued at $50.

-Information only from the 1400 Block of King George Drive (residence/home). Stolen was wife’s jewelry, 10 watches; Rolex, Jeffery Bean, Tommy and two lawn blowers valued at $6,500.

-Fraud – identity theft from the 1000 Block of Grande View Pass (residence/home). Stolen was identity – intangible valued at $0.

-Alias/allowing minor to drive and alias/improper lane usage from the 11000 Block of Highway 119.

-Domestic incident from the 200 Block of Forest Parkway.

March 1

-Alias warrant attempting to elude police and capias warrant driving without obtaining driver’s license from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl) and possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 and Fulton Springs Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 0.5 grams of Fentanyl, used/loaded syringes, 8.7 grams of Marijuana and 0.5 grams of Xanax.

-Harassment from the 2100 Block of Butler Road (service/gas station).

-Harassment from the 100 Block of 3rd Avenue NW (residence/home).

March 2

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and minor in consumption from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 239 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Minor in consumption of alcohol and possession of marijuana second degree from Interstate 65 North at mile marker 239. Recovered was 2 grams of Marijuana and four various tobacco products.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and possession of marijuana second degree from Highway 119 and Thompson Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was marijuana, pre-rolled cones filled with marijuana and two metal pipe fittings with residue.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol and public intoxication from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 236 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen was merchandise; Rawlings baseball glove valued at $300.

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) and burglary third degree from the 500 Block of Industrial Road (school – elementary/secondary). Damaged was miscellaneous valued at $200. Recovered was a tan Hollister hoodie size large and a red Chicago Bulls hat.

-Information only from the 400 Block of Cedar Grove Lane.

March 3

-Domestic violence – harassment and criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) – domestic violence from the 1300 Block of 8th Street SW (residence/home). Damaged was a windshield valued at $1.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 237 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was a glass pipe with residue and 0.8 grams of Methamphetamine.

-Alias writ of arrest (FTA speeding) from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Property damage from the 7600 Block of Highway 119 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 600 Block of 11th Street NW. Stolen was a firearm; Springfield valued at $500.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 100 Block of Grande View Lane (residence/home). Damaged was a brown wooden fence slat valued at $400.

-Forgery – forged instrument from the 800 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Recovered were two counterfeit 50 dollar bills.

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 235 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).
