The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 24-March 1:

 

Feb. 24

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 block of Grandview Parkway, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1500 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 900 block of Shelby County 54, Montevallo.

Feb. 25

-Incident from the 200 block of Ball Park Lane, Leeds.

-Domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation from the 8000 building of Retreat Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-criminal mischief second degree from the 300 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo. An HP laptop valued at $800 was damaged.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Waldrop Drive, Wilsonville. Approximately $500 was stolen from a Lomerica Direct Express disability card.

-DUI-alcohol from the 4900 block of U.S. 280, Harpersville.

-Incident from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea.

-Disorderly conduct from Shelby County 22 and Shelby County 107, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 3000 block of Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Meadow View Road, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Narrows Reach, Birmingham. An Amazon package filled with miscellaneous items and valued at $250 was stolen.

-Alabama Department of Corrections (parole violation) from the 300 block of Shelby County 19, Montevallo. Green marijuana (0.6 gram), a grinder with green marijuana and two used syringes with residue were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Shelby County 19, Montevallo. Methamphetamine (approximately .3 gram) and a glass pipe with meth residue were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Holly Brook Road, Columbiana.

Feb. 26

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Meadow View Road, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts) from U.S. 31 at I-65 (Whataburger), Alabaster. A white crystal-like substance (approximately 0.5 gram), five packages of Suboxone (one of them was torn open; approximately 4.1 grams total) and a black key holder were confiscated.

-DUI from School Road and Driftwood Road, Shelby.

-Public intoxication from School Road and Driftwood Road, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A clear plastic bag of marijuana (approximately 14.5 grams), a glass pipe with residue and a blue and white bag of mushroom gummies containing CBD were confiscated.

-Incident from Shelby County 47 and Shelby County 311, Shelby.

-Identity theft from the 6100 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 300 block of Tennyson Drive, Pelham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 3000 block of Shadow Oaks Way, Wilsonville.

-Forgery from the 1700 block of Providence Park, Birmingham. Two business checks from Burton Advertising were forged in the amounts of $8,712.50 and $19,265.39.

-Incident from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Overdose from Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

Feb. 27

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Willow Leaf Road, Harpersville.

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 12000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver. $120 was stolen from a Regions banking account.

-Domestic violence (harassment, criminal mischief) from the 100 block of Peachtree Lane, Leeds. An unknown amount of clothing was damaged, and an unknown amount of damage to paintings and picture frames was reported.

-Dog bite from the 5100 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 11500 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault third degree from the 6700 block of Shelby County 26, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from Shelby County 22 and access road (Falling Rock Falls), Montevallo.

Feb. 28

-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 2100 block of Shelby County 47, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 80 block of Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo. A wooden workbench and drawers valued at $300 were stolen.

-Child in need of supervision from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Phillips Drive, Vincent. A 2004 Chevy Avalanche and assorted tools were stolen.

-Incident from the 19000 block of U.S. 280 at county services building.

-Burglary, unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4600 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent. An Onnan gaming computer valued at $1,879.54, HP computer valued at $900, three external hard drives valued at $400, Craftsman OBD 2 code reader valued at $90, Fender electric-acoustic guitar valued at $200 and a pool ball rack with a set of pool balls (value unknown) were stolen.

-Incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 0 block of Oakland Avenue, Wilsonville.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 500 block of Seale Road, Calera. Funds from credit card that are being reimbursed by the credit card company totaling $1,847.13 were stolen.

-Incident from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Leaving scene of accident from U.S. 280 at Bear Creek Road, Chelsea. A 2018 Chevy Colorado AAA work vehicle was damaged.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Glaze Ferry Lane, Vincent.

-Incident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 300 block of Bent Pine Drive, Helena.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 17 and Mary Lane, Montevallo. A glass pipe with marijuana residue, grinder with marijuana residue, two clear bags with marijuana residue and tray with marijuana residue were confiscated.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A sealed manila envelope containing two white oval-shaped pills (approximately 2.16 grams) was confiscated.

Feb. 29

-Interference with a domestic violence emergency call, domestic violence from the 1500 block of Shelby Forest Lane, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from an unspecified location in Savannah, Georgia.

-Incident from the 200 block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Shelby County 221, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 700 block of Shelby County 467, Vincent.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1900 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham. A total of $500 was stolen from a check.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Southwood Lane, Alabaster. A total of $9,500 in cash submitted to Bitcoin was stolen.

-Domestic violence-menacing, throwing or shooting deadly or dangerous missile into an occupied vehicle from the 200 block of Fleming Road, Vincent. A 2021 Chevy Equinox was damaged.

-Incident from the 100 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree from the 8000 block of Shelby County 55, Wilsonville. A front door sustained $350 in damages.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 and Boardman Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 10 block of Bethlehem Church Road, Shelby.

March 1

-Incident from the 100 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Wallace Drive, Shelby. An iPhone was confiscated.

-DUI from the 4200 block of Alabama 25, Vincent.

-Incident from the 6000 block of Farley Lane, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 17000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville. Two metal spoons (one with pink residue), a blue rubber elastic band, a whole Q-Tip with Q-Tip cotton swab pieces, two green straws with white residue, five syringes (four with needle affixed with caps, one with no needle) and five pieces of foil/wrappers (two non-paper lined with burnt residue, two paper lined, one gold foil wrapper containing white powder substance) were confiscated.

-Harassment, child in need of supervision from the 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea.

-Fire investigation from the 28000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Kenley Way.

-Incident from the 0 block of Little Rock Lane, Alabaster.
