April 8

-Alias warrant driving without obtaining a driver’s license and alias warrant operating vehicle without insurance from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 100 Block of Dogwood Trail (residence/home). Stolen was a credit/debit card; Chase valued at $0.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered were two miscellaneous items valued at $64.94.

-Domestic violence – third degree from the 1400 Block of Alexander Court (residence/home).

-Information only from the 1800 Block of Woodbrook Trail (residence/home).

-Property damage from Highway 119 and Fulton Springs Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Information only from Interstate 65 South at mile marker 235 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Stolen was heavy construction/industrial equipment/skid steer valued at $50,000.

April 9

-Information only from the 100 Block of Park Place (residence/home).

-Information only from Highway 280 north bounce, Chelsea/Hoover.

-Alias warrant expired tag and alias warrant from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SW.

-Information only from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 1100 Block of 2nd Street NE (other/unknown). Stolen were credit/debit cards valued at $0.

-Capias warrant – theft 4th and alias warrant – failure to comply with court orders from the 300 Block of Elm Street, Troy.

April 10

-Alias warrant (theft of property 4th) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Information only from the 300 Block of Pebble Lane.

-Criminal trespass third degree from the 7300 Block of Highway 119 (government/public building). Damaged were two bathroom door frames valued at $200.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 2000 Block of King Charles Court (residence/home). Stolen were firearms; Canik valued at $650.

April 11

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was a Dewalt miter saw, two caster wheels and a box of fasteners valued at $659.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen was a Dewalt miter saw valued at $649.

-Property damage from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road (residence/home). Damaged was a Lilo blanket valued at $18.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Industrial Road at Patriot’s Park (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was approximately 13.2 grams of marijuana.

April 12

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Possession of marijuana second degree from County Road 26 and U.S. Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was approximately 19 grams of marijuana.

-FTA – driving while license suspended from the 9100 Block of Highway 119.

-Information only from Alabaster.

-Information only from the 2000 Block of King Charles Court (residence/home).

-Fraud – identity theft from the 100 Block of King Charles Way (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was other valued at $9.89.

April 13

-Harassment from the 200 Block of Willow Creek South Circle (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence combined substance from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen were 35 miscellaneous items and a brown box of miscellaneous items valued at $1,555.40. Recovered was miscellaneous items valued at $1,466.40.

-Lost property from the 100 Block of Morning Mist Trail (residence/home).

-Alias warrant from the 300 Block of City Street, Clanton.

-Failure to comply and capias warrant – expired tag from the 200 Block of Bangor Avenue SE, Hanceville.

-Information only from the 200 Block of Sterling Gate Lane (residence/home).

-Information only from the 1200 Block of Bennett Drive.

-Information only from the 1200 Block of Bennett Drive (residence/home).

-Failure to comply with court orders from the 4900 Block of Main Street (jail/prison/penitentiary/corrections facility).

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 100 Block of Simmsville Road (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was 10.6 grams of marijuana and a THC vape pen.

-Alias warrant – operating vehicle without insurance and alias warrant – driving while license suspended from the 600 Block of Cahaba Valley Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Outside warrant from the 600 Block of U.S. Highway 31.

April 14

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 North at mile marker 236, Tuscaloosa (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree from Montevallo (highway/street). Recovered was 1.7 grams of marijuana in a clear plastic baggie and a clear glass smoking pipe with burnt residue valued at $11.
