The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 22-29:

 

March 22

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo.

March 23

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham.

-Possession of synthetic urine, unlawful possession of marijuana from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana wrapped in a cigar (1.3 grams), a bottle of synthetic urine, a 9-millimeter black Taurus firearm and a magazine with 17 rounds were confiscated.

-Incident from Highland Lakes Drive at Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Mossy Oak Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 90 block of Grimes Road, Birmingham.

-Forgery from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-assault third degree from the 500 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from Hardy Lane, Vincent.

-Incident from the 1000 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby.

-Interference with custody from the 170 block of Hayesbury Court, Pelham.

-DUI from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 70 block of Second Avenue, Shelby.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Ballpark Lane, Leeds. Two space heaters, a stove, a grill and a natural gas tank regulator were stolen.

-DUI-alcohol from the 1500 block of Alabama 70, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 5300 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

March 24

-Harassment from the 5400 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.

-Drug paraphernalia from the 800 block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. Tin foil with burnt residue and four 125 JOB rolling paper packets were confiscated.

-Domestic violence second degree-burglary third degree, theft of property second degree-firearm from the 10000 block of Retreat Circle, Birmingham. A pink Diamondback 380 9-millimeter firearm valued at $300 was stolen.

-DUI from U.S. 280 at Summit Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Property damage from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 55, Westover. The victim’s vehicle sustained front bumper damage, front passenger door damage and rear passenger door damage.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 7000 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent. A mailbox and a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 were damaged.

-Criminal mischief from the 23000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana. A mailbox was damaged.

-Harassment-direct from the 400 block of Lake Kathryn Drive, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 8000 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent.

-Assault third degree from the 60 block of AL Youth Drive, Westover.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Creek Holler Trail, Chelsea.

March 25

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Second Avenue, Pine Grove Village, Shelby. Methamphetamine (approximately 0.6 gram), burnt residue of meth (2.2 grams), a broken glass pipe with meth residue and marijuana (approximately 2 grams) were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of First Street North, Alabaster. Two small clear plastic Ziploc baggies containing white crystal like methamphetamine (4.2 grams) and a clear glass pipe, L-shaped, with white and brown residue presumed to be meth were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 441 at Vick Drive, Wilsonville. A glass jar with marijuana (approximately 8.1 grams), a second glass jar with marijuana (5.6 grams) and two clear glass pipes with meth residue were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice using a false identity from Simmsville Road and Cohill Drive, Alabaster. Crack (approximately 0.3 gram) was confiscated.

-Property damage from the 10200 block of Shelby County 47, Chelsea. A red 2014 Ford Mustang was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2000 block of Harris and Wright Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 7500 block of Spencer Lane, Helena.

-Incident from the 6000 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 400 block of Fleming Road, Vincent.

-Drug paraphernalia from the 6900 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Two glass pipes with narcotics residue were confiscated.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1500 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 8000 block of Alabama 155, Montevallo.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea. Miscellaneous clothing (18 pieces, valued at $484.82) was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2000 block of Wilmington Place, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Elyton Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 4000 block of Heritage Oaks Circle, Birmingham. A black bag containing marijuana (approximately 6.9 grams), small rolled-up leafy substance (0.3 gram) and an empty clear plastic baggy containing a small amount of white residue were confiscated.

-Domestic violence-strangulation or suffocation, domestic violence-harassment from the 30 block of Church Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 500 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.

March 26

-Incident from the 100 block of Browne Evans Road, Wilsonville. A 2010 Ford Focus SE was stolen.

-Incident from the 30 block of Church Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Shelby County 307, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 300 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby.

-Impersonating a peace officer, harassing communications from the 3000 block of Ballantrae Club Drive, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 0 block of Meadowview Drive, Hoover. A green leafy substance (marijuana) (4.3 grams) was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 0 block of Meadowview Drive, Hoover. A green leafy substance (marijuana) (7.17 grams), a Bear Creek Arsenal AR-15 and a 60-round Shmeisser magazine were confiscated.

-Incident from the 4900 block of Indian Valley Road, Hoover.

-Incident from the 2000 block of Wilmington Place, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 58000 block of Alabama 25, Leeds. A front yard was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 10 and Shelby County 203, Montevallo. Meth (3.6 grams), a glass pipe with burnt residue and brass knuckles were confiscated.

-Incident from the 2000 block of Wilmington Place, Birmingham.

March 27

-Incident from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-DUI-alcohol, no driver’s license from the 80 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3200 block of Alabama 70, Columbiana. Multiple unauthorized credit card charges totaled $92.27.

-Incident from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Split Run Trail, Birmingham. A 1998 UTLO UTIL 08 open trailer with pine straw bags valued at $550 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 2000 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.

March 28

-Probation revocation-domestic violence third degree, illegal possession of prescription drugs from Jaguar Drive and Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Half a blue pill with the letter “C” inscribed on it (2 grams; unknown type of prescription pill) was confiscated.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Inverness. An apartment window sustained $400 in damages.

-Promoting prison contraband, unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A used glass pipe and an unknown pill wrapped in a plastic wrapper were confiscated.

-Assault from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Incident from the 90 block of Carlson Road, Wilsonville. A 2004 Toyota Camry was damaged.

-Incident from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Shark VAC MOP disposable hard floor vacuum valued at $14.58, auto drive broadcast polyester car seat cover valued at $24.88, Little Trees air freshener supernova fragrance valued at $2.88, Lipozene two-bottle bonus pack valued at $19.88 and Enfamil NeuroPro baby formula valued at $11.82 were stolen.

-Possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from the 10000 block of Shelby County 42, Shelby. Marijuana in two Ziploc bags (15 grams), a marijuana grinder and a Taurus 9-millimeter firearm with one extended magazine were confiscated.

-Incident from the 800 block of Shelby County 62, Harpersville. A 2013 Honda Civic was damaged.

March 29

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 200 block of Polo Field Way, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 1500 block of Egg and Butter Road, Shelby.

-Incident from Crest Road at Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham. A broken rear tail light for unit 1902 and rear bumper scratch was reported.

-Interference with custody from the 200 block of Polo Field Way, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. An iPhone 15 Pro Max valued at $1,400 was stolen.

-Unauthorized use of credit card, theft of property from the 4000 block of Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham. A total of $1,366.68 was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 12000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. A battery valued at $300 was stolen from a vehicle, and battery housing wires were cut, battery area damaged and glass window broken out with a rock causing a total of $1,300 in damages.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Shanon Lane, Montevallo. A 2005 Honda Rancher four wheeler valued at $1,300 was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Pitchfork Place, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Frito-Lay Snack Pack 28 count valued at $15.98, Vibrant Life bamboo melamine valued at $4.58, baby cut carrots valued at $2.68, two Mainstays half urn single rod bronze 28 to 48th width valued at $17.32 and a Mainstays four-piece 300-thread count cotton blend percale valued at $38.84 were stolen.
