The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments in Shelby County from April 15-24:

 

Alabaster

April 15

-Alias warrant (theft of property 4th) from the 100 Block of 11th Avenue SE.

-Burglary third degree from the 100 Block of Wixford Way (residence/home).

-Domestic incident from the 100 Block of Greenfield Lane.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less and trespassing notice from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (convenience store). Stolen and recovered was consumable goods; assorted grocery items valued at $102.79.

-Alias/failure to comply with court orders and capias/possession of marijuana 2nd from the 1600 Block of 7th Street North, Clanton.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 Block of Woodbrook Circle.

-Probation violation: with Jefferson County Sheriff Office from Thompson Road at Applegate Drive.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 South at mile marker 238 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered were two marijuana pipes and 1 gram of marijuana.

-FTA – failure to comply with court orders and driver’s license – not in possession from Exit 219, Jemison.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Belvedere Place (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief second degree (greater than $500 to $2,500) from the 500 Block of Warrior Drive (government/public building). Damaged were restrooms valued at $690.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (convenience store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $1,423.68.

-Alias warrant (failure to comply with court orders) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store. Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $578.51.

April 16

-Domestic incident from the 1300 Block of Applegate Drive.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Seams Way.

-Capias warrant from Cahaba Manor and Highway 31, Pelham.

-Information only from the 1800 Block of Woodbrook Circle (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

-Driving while revoked from Interstate 65 northbound at mile marker 247, Pelham.

-Receiving stolen property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 200 Block of South Colonial Parkway (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Recovered was a U-Haul; white cargo trailer 6×12 valued at $2,000.

-Driving under the influence – controlled substance from Highway 119 and Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Failure to appear in court and capias warrant – driving while license revoked from the 800 Block of Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard North, Birmingham.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of a controlled substance from the 400 Block of 3rd Street NE (residence/home). Recovered was 2 grams of marijuana, weed grinder, meth pipe, digital scales and 4.4 grams of Methamphetamine.

-Information only from the 9200 Block of Highway 119.

April 17

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 200 Block of Golden Meadow Lane (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 north at 238 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 10.7 grams of Methamphetamine, 2 grams of crack cocaine and six Suboxone strips.

-Information only – suicide attempt from the 1100 Block of Fulton Springs Road.

-Harassment from the 7300 Block of Highway 119 (park/playground).

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) from the 500 Block of Warrior Drive (park/playground). Damaged was a restroom valued at $100.

-Information only from the 7600 Block of Highway 119 (service/gas station).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen was merchandise valued at $259.62.

-FTA – driving while license suspended from the 1500 Block of Maxwell Boulevard, Montgomery.

-Alias warrant FTA failure to comply with court orders and capias warrant theft of property 3rd from County Road 1080.

-Capias warrant from the 200 Block of High Ridge Drive, Pelham.

-Information only from the 800 Block of Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard North, Birmingham.

-Alias warrant (driving while license suspended) from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 1500 Block of 1st Street North (hotel/motel/etc.). Recovered was 98 grams of marijuana.

April 18

-Fraud – identity theft from the 700 Block of Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 800 Block of 9th Street NW (residence/home). Stolen was money valued at $25.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $1,500-$2,500 from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen were 22 miscellaneous items valued at $1,544.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree from the 500 Block of Warrior Drive (park/playground). Recovered was a golden pipe with marijuana residue and approximately 10.2 grams of marijuana.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, more than $500 – less than $1,500 from the 200 Block of South Colonial Drive (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered were 9 miscellaneous items valued at $1,168.11.

-Harassment from the 1500 Block of Simmsville Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Theft of property first degree (greater than $2,500) from the 3600 Block of State Highway 119 (rental storage facility). Stolen were five Michael Kors purses/handbags/wallets, tools; Works weedeater, 20 BEBE clothes/furs and five Victoria Secret Overnight Bags purses/handbags/wallets valued at $3,975.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road (residence/home). Stolen was a red 6 gallon compressor 150 PSI; Craftsman pancake air compressor and Kobalt 100 orange hose valued at $210.

-Alias warrant/under the influence of alcohol and alias warrant/improper lane usage from U.S. Highway 31 and County Road 67, Calera.

-Animal complaint from the 100 Block of Jefferson Lane.

April 19

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 and Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Information only from the 1600 Block of Kent Dairy Road (daycare facility).

-Criminal mischief third degree ($500 or less) and harassment from the 1500 Block of 1st Street North (hotel/motel/etc.). Damaged was a front tire of a gold Jeep Grand Cherokee valued at $200.

-Trespassing notice from the 800 Block of Highway 31 (convenience store).

-Property damage from the 9000 Block of Highway 119 (department/discount store). Damaged was automobiles valued at $5,000.

-Harassment from the 1200 Block of 1st Avenue West (residence/home).

-Information only from the 100 Block of Foliage View Road (residence/home).

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less and trespassing notice from the 600 Block of Colonial Parkway (grocery/supermarket). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $69.96.

-Welfare check from the 300 Block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot/drop lot/garage).

April 20

-Animal complaint from the 100 Block of Meadow Creek Lane.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from the 9000 Block of Highway 119 (parking lot/drop lot/garage). Damaged was a front driver side door of a Toyota Avalon and a front side fender valued at $2.

-Information only from the 300 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway.

-Capias warrant – driving while license suspended from U.S. Highway 31 at County Road 26.

-Information only from the 30 Block of South Colonial Parkway.

-Information only from the 800 Block of 3rd Street NE.

-Domestic incident from the 200 Block of Lacey Avenue.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 Block of South Colonial Drive (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was drugs/narcotics – THC vape cartridge, drugs/narcotics – 3.1 grams of marijuana and drug/narcotic equipment – black grinder with marijuana residue.

April 21

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Highway 119 and 4th Place SW (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 and Highway 31 (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Recovered was 5 while 4 half pills of Clonazepam, approximately 13.9 grams of marijuana and a grinder.

-Death investigation from the 100 Block of Berkshire Manor Circle (residence/home).

-Information only from 1st Street North and Industrial Road (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk).

-Animal complaint from the 200 Block of Simmsville Road.

-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from the 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). Stolen and recovered was assorted food items valued at $78.26.

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Mayfair Park (residence/home). Damaged was a white Ford Transit T250 valued at $2,500.

-Property damage from the 200 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a fender, brakes, pegs and paint; KTM; Duke 200 valued at $1.

-Information only from the 100 Block of Berryhill Lane (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 100 Block of Sunflower Place (highway/road/alley/street/sidewalk). Damaged was a red driver door valued at $1,000.
