The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 6-12:

 

April 6

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of AL-Lin Circle, Birmingham. The suspect opened a $9,400 loan with the victim’s name/information.

-Miscellaneous incident from the Shelby County Jail.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4500 block of Shelby County 280, Sterrett.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 and Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham. Two plastic bags of marijuana (16.1 grams), a digital scale and marijuana pipe were confiscated.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Shelby County 338, Chelsea. A metal rope line was damaged.

-Incident from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, theft of property second degree from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A total of $1,890.78 was stolen from a Walmart Green Dot card.

-Obstructing governmental operations, resisting arrest from Alabama 119 and Tattersall Drive, Birmingham. Four bags of marijuana and two rolled marijuana joints (63 grams), one large and one small bag of crystal meth (28.6 grams), Suboxone (1.5 orange pills weighing 1.3 grams), a plastic bag containing cocaine (1.9 grams), a plastic bag containing an unknown narcotic (0.6 gram), two glass meth pipes and a plastic marijuana grinder were confiscated.

-Robbery from the 70 block of Grace Hill Lane, Montevallo. A PNC debit card, $200 in paper currency and Mexican identification were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of John Sparkman Court, Vincent.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1100 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 10 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

April 7

-Incident from the 2000 block of Preston Lane, Chelsea. Door frame molding valued at $40 was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 at Grandview Parkway, Birmingham. Marijuana in a clear plastic baggy (3.62 grams), a red container, a Glock 48 9-millimeter firearm and two red and yellow gummies were recovered.

-Open house parties from the 500 block of Lakeside Circle, Wilsonville.

-DUI-alcohol from U.S. 280 at Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Forrest Lakes Drive, Chelsea. A wooden fence on the home’s property was damaged in the amount of $2,000.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, animal cruelty from the 2000 block of Buckboard Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment, interfering with a domestic violence emergency call from Sports Highland Parkway, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 East, Chelsea. An iPhone 11 Pro Max Gold valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-DUI-alcohol, no driver’s license from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 39, Chelsea.

April 8

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Chemical endangerment of a child, drug trafficking-Oxycontin from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 41, Birmingham. Sixty Buprenorphinehal pills (approximately 24.8 grams) inside a pill bottle with a mutilated label, approximately five Alprazolam pills in a clear plastic bag (1.46 grams), 14 Oxycontin pills (6.03 grams), two glass meth smoking pipes with residue, methamphetamine in clear plastic bags (approximately 11.76 grams) Fentanyl powder in a clear plastic bag (approximately .77 gram) and Fentanyl powder in a clear plastic tube (approximately 2 grams) were confiscated.

-Chemical endangerment of a child, trafficking in synthetic controlled substance from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 41, Birmingham. Sixty Buprenorphinehal pills (approximately 24.8 grams) inside a pill bottle with a mutilated label, approximately five Alprazolam pills in a clear plastic bag (1.46 grams), 14 Oxycontin pills (6.03 grams), two glass meth smoking pipes with residue, methamphetamine in clear plastic bags (approximately 11.76 grams), Fentanyl powder in a clear plastic bag (approximately .77 gram) and Fentanyl powder in a clear plastic tube (approximately 2 grams) were confiscated.

-Incident from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 100 block of Fulgham Avenue, Montevallo. Damage to doors and interior of residence in the amount of $2,000 was reported, nine ceiling fixtures valued at $550 were stolen and seven kitchen cabinet doors valued at $450 were stolen.

-Incident from the intersection of Dogwood Circle and Marcal Road, Birmingham. A 2001 Chevy Tahoe was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster. Two large cage traps valued at $200, along with two medium cage traps, two small cage traps, assorted tools, an Igloo dog house and a wood frame cage on rollers were stolen.

-Fire investigation from the 2000 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham. The chimney area and roof area around the chimney were damaged.

April 9

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 30700 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. Four Alprazolam (0.25 milligrams; approximately 0.5 gram) were confiscated.

-DUI-any substance from Alabama 119 and I-65, Pelham. A black Sig-Sauer P320 9-millimeter handgun was confiscated.

-Incident from the 900 block of Old Deer Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 West, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 30700 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. Meth (unknown weight) was confiscated.

-Receiving stolen property second degree from the 100 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Violence third degree-harassing communications from the 100 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.

-Incident from the 740 block of Shelby County 446, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Brook Highland, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 1300 block of Shelby County 73.

-Incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road (Oak Mountain High School), Birmingham.

April 10

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Meadowgreen, Montevallo.

-Incident from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Distribution of controlled substances from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession or receipt of controlled substances from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 5000 block of Eagle Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Wade Drive, Wilton.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana first degree from the 25000 block of Alabama 145, Columbiana.

April 11

-Domestic violence third degree from the 0 block of Sarge Drive, Montevallo.

-Incident from the 1700 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana.

-Distributing a private image from the 5200 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession or receipt of controlled substances from the 49700 block of Alabama 25, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 100 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett.

April 12

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Indian Forest Road, Pelham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of Eagle Hollow Drive, Birmingham.

-Incident from the 2900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 1200 block of Shelby County 467, Vincent.

-Incident from the 1200 block of Colleton Lake Road, Sterrett.

-Incident from the 90 block of Hardy Lane, Vincent.
