March 2

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Lake Terrace.

-Road Obstruction from the 1000 block of Independent Court (highway, street). Recovered was a large construction dumpster, Waste Corporation.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of First Street North (convenience store). Stolen were a red ball cap and three Camel cigarettes (packs) valued at $18.99.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was $370 in U.S. currency.

-Harassing communications from the 2300 block of Windsor Court.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Mercedes S430.

-Information only from the 100 block of Seventh Place Southeast. Stolen and recovered was a U.S. Social Security check valued at $587.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Goldwire Drive. Confiscated, seized was a cellophane bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Damage to property from Grande View Pass, Maylene (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Dodge Ram.

March 2

-Theft from the 800 block of County Road 89, Montevallo. Stolen were a gold necklace with chain valued at $200, a gold engagement ring valued at $80 and a gold wedding band valued at $20.

-Theft/burglary from 7997 Alabama Highway 70 (construction). Stolen were a Troy Built generator valued at $800, a Porter Cable compressor valued at $1,200 and Grave spray machine valued at $1,500.

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Kensington Manor Drive.

-Theft from the 2000 block of 10th Avenue. Stolen was a Chevrolet transmission valued at $750.

-Cruelty to animals from the 300 block of Oakwell Circle (other, unknown).

-Domestic incident/criminal trespass from Kensington Court.

Theft from the 200 block of Shiloh Creek Drive. Stolen was a Motorola item valued at $500.

-Harassment from 100 Calera Eagle Drive (school, college).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Camden Cove Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were a Rugar pistol, a rifle and a box of Magtech bullets.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from 11215 County Road 22 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Garmin global positioning system valued at $199.

-Domestic incident from the 2100 block of 15th Street.

March 8

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Kensington Manor Drive.

-Criminal mischief/theft from 7867 Alabama Highway 25 (other, unknown). Damaged were three arc welders (one Hobart and two Lincoln) in the amount of $5,000. Stolen were 430 to 450 feet of copper wire lead.

-Theft from 97 Crane Lane (commercial). Stolen were a steel construction manual valued at $300 and a Fluke 36 clamp meter valued at $300.

Columbiana

March 3

-Unlawful break and enter vehicle/theft of property from undisclosed (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a wallet, driver’s license, zip up bag of medicine containing three partial bottles of medications and an iPod Nano valued at $150.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Egg and Butter Road at the intersection of Nelson-Walker Road in the alley.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highway 25 (commercial). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $44.01.

March 2

-Identity theft from the 5000 block of Wade Street.

-Warrant arrest from County Highway 52 West at County 13 (highway, street).

-Failure to appear from the Helena Police Department from (jail, prison).

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Old Cahaba Way. Stolen was a Tom Tom global positioning device valued at $150.

March 4

-Recovery of stolen vehicle from Hidden Forest Lane. Recovered was a 1995 Toyota Camry.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from 4000 Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an AT &T Blackberry and car charger valued at $320.

-Domestic violence from 4000 Highway 25 (supermarket).

March 5

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Crossroad Food Mart (parking lot, garage). Stolen were stereo CD player valued at $600, three 10-inch subwoofer speakers valued at $600 and a 600-watt amplifier valued at $300. Damaged were a Food Explorer back door lock and ignition switch.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Main Street.

March 6

-Possession of drug paraphernalia/possession of marijuana from North Boundary Street at Valley Street (highway, street). Confiscated seized were a silver grinder valued at $20, a bag of marijuana valued at $ $10, two loose amounts of marijuana valued at $5 each, a black pinch hitter containing residue valued at $5 and two pack of rolling papers valued at $5.

-Change bills-emitting as money from the 900 block of Main Street (restaurant). Confiscated, seized was a counterfeit $20 bill.

-Domestic violence from the 3000 block of Cobblestone Lane.

March 7

-Criminal mischief from the 10 block of University Park Drive. Damaged was a 1998 Chevrolet Caviler.

March 8

March 2

-Property damage – vehicle from Pelham Parkway near County Road 52 (highway, street). Damaged was a wheel cover on a 2006 Saturn Ion in the amount of $100.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Brookshire Lane.

-Damage to city property from Huntley Parkway at Superior Bank (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria passenger front tire.

-Civil dispute from the 600 block of Valleyview Drive.

March 3

-Miscellaneous information – forced entry from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Damaged was the door to Room 303 (The Value Place) in the amount of $500.

-Burglary from Lot 1643 Strathaven Road. Stolen were a side by side stainless steel front refrigerator in the amount of $1,000, a dinning room glass table and four wood frame chairs valued at $1,000, two 6-foot decorative potted trees valued at $100, a 7-foot leather sofa with cushions and pillows valued at $500, a 5-foot leather loveseat valued at $500 and a breakfast nook table and two chairs valued at $500.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Recovered were four small plastic bags containing a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine. Each bag weighed approximately 1 gram valued at $400. Confiscated, seized were 13 $100 bills, 30 $20 bills, a $10 bill, five $2 bills and six $1 bills.

March 4

-Property damage from the intersection of Pelham Parkway and County Road 52 West (highway, street). Damaged were a street sign and a 2006 Honda Accord in the amount of $1,500.

-Criminal mischief from 100 Meadowview Circle. Damaged were a dead bolt lock in the amount of $10, a doorframe in the amount of $100 and a metal door in the amount of $200.

-Identity theft from Regions Bank, 2228 Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was $3,000 in U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous information from Panama City Beach, Fla. (commercial).

March 5

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 10 block of Crosscreek Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of lost property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were a book of Regions Bank checks, a purse valued at $20 and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25.

-Property damage – vehicle from Interstate 65 southbound near Exit 246 (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield on a 2002 Mercedes C240W in the amount of $500.

-Public intoxication/illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway. Recovered were four Flexoral 10-milligram prescription pills valued at $4, 1.5 Alprazolam 0.5-milligram prescription pills valued at $2, 12 halves of Lortbab 10-milligram valued at $12 and three Naproxen 500-milligram valued at $3.

-Death investigation from Southgate Mobile Home Park, 312 Southgate Drive.

-Civil dispute from Alabama Auto Adjusters, 2164 Pelham Parkway (specialty store).

-Property damage from Riverchase Middle School, 853 Willow Oak Drive, Hoover (school, college). Damaged were an outside security light (industrial grade) in the amount of $200, eight panels of aluminum siding in the amount of $3,000 and two aluminum gutter lengths valued at $300.

-Identity theft from Peddler Group, 3440 Lake Drive, Smyrna, Ga.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cove Lane. Stolen gas powered items including a Ryobi blower valued at $200 and a Ryobi weedeater valued at $200.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a Dell Inspiron Notebook laptop computer valued at $646.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 North, exist 246 at Alabama Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Lincoln Town car in the amount of $3,000.

March 7

-Property damage from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a right front quarter panel door and undercarriage on a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two Kirby Centria vacuum cleaners valued at $4,000. Damaged was a left rear window in a 2003 Chevrolet Express van in the amount of $125.

-Property damage – vehicle from the 1600 block of County Road 35 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Mazda 3S.

-Burglary from Shelby Concrete, 3166 Lee St. (other, unknown). Stolen were two Firestone tires valued at $1,222, four General tires valued at $1,324 and two 5-gallon buckets of hydraulic oil valued at $20.

-Property damage (vehicle) from the parking lot of Pelham High School. Damaged was a driver’s door on a 2001 Chevrolet 1500 pickup.
