The Indian Springs School girls’ soccer team defeated Calera 10-0 in a match Feb. 22.

Alice Marson led Indian Springs (1-0) with four goals in the victory.

Dabney Hofammann and Paula Simonetta scored two goals each. Laura McMullan, who recorded an assist, and Eric McMinn added one goal each.

Indian Springs goalkeeper Temple Cox finished with one save. Calera goalkeeper Bethany Rogers recorded 12 saves.

BOYS

The Indian Springs School boys’ soccer team defeated Calera 5-0 in a match Feb. 22.

George Smith, Alex Jamroz, Stuart McLean, Reaves Duggan and Michael Pigue scored one goal each for Indian Springs.

Jamroz, McLean and Pigue recorded one assist each.

Indian Springs goalkeeper Hart Wilson recorded two saves in the shutout.
