Tiffany Talbot has always appreciated good Southern cooking.

“My grandmothers were both amazing Southern cooks. They made everything from scratch,” she said. “I really appreciate that people took the time to do that.”

Tiffany inherited that love of and talent for cooking at an early age. Now, she and her husband, Todd Talbot, have opened a new cafe, Fleur De Lys Cooking Company, in Hoover.

The cafe offers all the things Tiffany loves about traditional Southern cooking with a focus on fresh, all-natural ingredients.
