Micheline Cadouot Davis, age 92, of Alabaster, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, Aug. 10.

She was born in Montlay, France to Henry and Blanche Cadouot. She married and came to America in 1948. Micheline was employed at Siluria Mills for many years and went on to retire as a clerk from the Shelby County Probate office at the age of 74 years old.

Her survivors include her children, Myriam Cox (Ronald), Jim Davis (Deborah), Linda Hall (Roy), Gary Davis (Susan), Terry Davis (Karen) and Monique Dietschweiler (Ken); siblings, Jeanette Clement, Eilane Nicvert, Arlette Cadouot, Claudette Branlard, Jermaine Ebrahmi and Rene Cadouot; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 13 at First Presbyterian Church of Alabaster with a funeral service to follow at 3 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in Elliottsville Cemetery. Reverend Darren Kennemer will be officiating the service.
