Learning how to photograph art

If you are looking for exciting summer art classes and workshops, look no further than the Shelby County Arts Council.

Join us on June 3 for Photographing Your Art with professional photographer Hank Siegel.

If you’re looking to develop your skills as a photographer, polish up photos for your website or create professional photos for a contest entry, this is the workshop for you.

Hank will take you step-by-step through the photography process to ensure you take the best images of your artwork.

This workshop will be on Saturday, June 3 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Shelby County Arts Council.

Cost is $60. Painter Alisa Koch returns on Saturday, June 10 for the Minimalist Landscape Palette Knife workshop.

This workshop is perfect for painters of all skill levels. Alisa will walk you through the entire palette knife process from start to finish.

All supplies are provided in this workshop. This is a fun class for anyone looking to try out a new painting process.
