-Criminal tampering second degree from the 100 block of Industrial Road (convenience store).

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 800 block of First Avenue West (residence, home). Damaged was a door in the amount of $300 and stolen were a blower valued at $400, hand tools valued at $200, a tool bag valued at $40, a miter saw valued at $200, a nail gun valued at $250 and assorted tools valued at $400.

-Found property from the 100 block of Simmsville Road (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a wallet valued at $20.

-Animal complaint from Applegate Townhomes (highway, street).  Criminal mischief second degree from the 100 block of Willow Point Lane (residence, home). Recovered were fingerprints, palm print and damaged was a Chevrolet 1500 in the amount of $1,000.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1200 block of First Street North (bar). Confiscated were marijuana and a glass pipe.

-Burglary third degree from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).

-Information only report from the 100 block of Saddle Lake Drive (residence, home).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store). Confiscated were controlled substances, an unknown white powder, marijuana and a used syringe.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store). Stolen and recovered were medical supplies valued at $450.

-Vehicle fire form the 100 block of Butler Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Mercury Mountaineer in the amount of $5,000.

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 2000 block of First Avenue West (other, unknown). Stolen were air tools valued at $300, an air compressor valued at $279 and damaged was a door in the amount of $100.

-Theft of lost property fourth degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were a car key, a key fob valued at $200 and a key ring valued at $1.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were two pipes, a grinder and marijuana.

 

Oct. 1

-Identity theft from Greenwood Lane (residence, home). Stolen were portable electronic communications.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were methamphetamine and a glass pipe.

-Trespassing notice from Smokey Road. Damaged was a scale.

-Theft of property first degree and burglary third degree from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (storage facility). Stolen were a motorcycle valued at $15,000, decorations valued at $500, handsaws valued at $300, a chainsaw valued at $200 and magazines valued at $500.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 1500 block of First Street North (hotel, motel).

-Property damage from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a Nissan Xterra in the amount of $2,000.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1500 block of First Street North (hotel, motel). Confiscated were marijuana and narcotics equipment.

-Property damage form the 600 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a Dodge Durango in the amount of $500.

-Property damage from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Prius in the amount of $250.
