The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from July 1-7:

July 1

-Identity theft from Dana Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Forgery and theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 31 (other, unknown), Calera.

-Theft of property from the 8000 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen were four shutters valued at $500.

-Runaway juvenile and disorderly conduct from the 5000 block of Hickory Ridge Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 700 block of North Horton Road (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous investigation from the 300 block of Highway 442 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Public intoxication from the 5400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Panorama (residence, home), Shelby.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of LB Road (residence, home), Pelham.

-Attempted suicide from the 1700 block of Rock School Road (residence, home), Harpersville.

-Private property (MVA) from the 0-100 block of Edding Lane (residence, home), Alabaster. Damaged was the front passenger door of a 2005 Chrysler Sebring.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4000 block of Somerset Ridge (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5300 block of S. Brokenbow Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a $400 weedeater.

July 2

-Theft of property (motor vehicle) from the 20000 block of Highway 55 (residence, home), Sterrett. Stolen was a 2002 silver Ford Ranger valued at $5,800, a DeWalt 18-volt .5 inch drive tool valued at $400, a 1-inch ratchet set with pullbars valued at $200, a chainsaw valued at $400, a Garmin GPS unit valued at $200, a Kenwood ampliphier valued at $200 and two Infiniti 10-inch subwoofers in box valued at $200.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 5100 block of Cahaba Valley Road (church), Birmingham. Stolen were three Carrier A/C units valued at $30,000.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 22 (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was a refrigerator valued at $1,200, an electric stove valued at $400, a central air and heating unit valued at $4,500 and 25-feet of copper wire.

-Assault from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280 (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana from the 2000 block of Eastern Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Three pills and four rolled marijuana cigarettes were recovered.

-Menacing from L.B. Road near Highway 72 (highway, street), Pelham. Recovered was a Phantom B.B. pistol valued at $50 and a Crossman 760 Pumpmaster B.B. gun valued at $50.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Lakeside Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) and disorderly conduct from the 3000 block of Culloden Way (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from the 700 block of Shelby Forest Trace (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Chelsea.

July 3

-Theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 155 (restaurant), Montevallo. Stolen was an A/C window unit valued at $800 and a washing machine valued at $150.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance from 380 McDow Road (Shelby County Jail), Columbiana.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Rainbow Lane (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a 1999 Plymouth Voyager valued at $5,000.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Highway 26 (residence, home), Alabaster. Stolen was a tiller/plow valued at $350.

-Violation of a protection order from the 10000 block of Highway 55 (residence, home), Westover.

-Missing person (runaway) from the Chelsea Park subdivision (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Theft III from the 1500 block of Southern Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Sony Playstation 2 and $35 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Turtle Lake Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

July 4

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from Dubose Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence (menacing) from the 5100 block of Highway 30 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Duty upon striking fixtures upon highway from the 200 block of County Road 335 (highway, street), Chelsea. Damage in the amount of $1,000 was done to a large brick mailbox.

-Domestic investigation from Interstate 65 at exit 234 (highway, street), Calera.

-Criminal trespass from the 0-100 block of Dogwood Drive (residence, home), Leeds.

-Harassing communications and harassment from the 4000 block of Highway 26 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of County Road 270 (residence, home), Maylene.

-Harassment from the 8100 block of Old Highway 280 (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was $750 in U.S. currency, 10 Polo shirts valued at $450, a Citizen watch and bracelet valued at $500, a Louis Vuitton purse valued at $1,500 and four Polo shirts valued at $300.

-Property damage from the 300 block of Highway 45 (residence, home), Sterrett. Damaged was the front bumper of a 2007 Honda Civic.

-Theft of property and breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were five dresses valued at $500, three blue jeans valued at $300, four shirts valued at $50, a black, white and pink coach wristlet valued at $260, a brown and purple coach purse valued at $368 and a pink book bag valued at $45.

July 5

-Death investigation from the 0-100 block of Hickleberry Drive (residence, home), Maylene.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Saddle Lake Drive (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road Suite 202 (commercial), Birmingham. Stolen was a Dell Vostro 3300 with a black and silver case valued at $1,120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 1600 block of Springfield Loop (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Sirius satellite radio valued at $80, a car charger valued at $15, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a social security card valued at $25 and a Master Card.

-Burglary from the 2000 block of Highway 31 (residence, home), Calera. Stolen was a wallet, social security cards, an Alabama driver’s license, a prepaid debit card, birth certificates, a food stamp card and a gold ring with a pink heart and two diamonds (costume jewelry).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 800 block of Salser Lane (commercial), Chelsea. Damage in the amount of $200 was done to an entry door. Stolen were rolls and lengths of various size copper valued at $950, four 100-foot heavy duty extension cords valued at $300, a 28-volt radio valued at $160, a two-inch water pump valued at $250 and a Honda generator valued at $600.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Pioneer Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Agency assist (forensic processing).

-Domestic investigation from the 1300 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3200 block of Buck Horn Cove (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Somerset Trace (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Abandoned vehicle from the 5500 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from Old Highway 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Blossom Street (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 9 (church), Wilsonville.

July 6

-Fire investigation from Forest Lakes Drive (residence, home), Sterrett. Damage was done to the kitchen (including all appliances), carpet, floors and siding.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Turtle Lake Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 100 block of 5th Avenue (lakeway, waterway), Shelby.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 300 block of Chelsea Forest Road (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Lime Creek Cove (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from Windham Tire U.S. 280 (residence, home).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Meadow Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Valleyview Road (residence, home), Pelham.

-Identity theft from an unknown location (other, unknown).

-Burglary from the 5100 block of Cahaba Valley Road (church), Birmingham. Stolen was a PA system valued at $1,000 and a window A/C unit valued at $200.

-Burglary from the 0-100 block of Dubose Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 5800 block of Hunt Cliff Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

July 7

-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Springfield Loop W. (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Canter Way (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Burglary from the 3000 block of Highway 22 (residence, home), Montevallo. Damaged were three broken windows, a kicked-in back door and a breaker box. Stolen was a silver serving platter, various hand tools, marble dishes, a Harley Davidson special edition telephone, bed linen, a bath towel and shampoos.

-Theft of property and possible stolen vehicle from the 6100 block of County Road 10 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Community notification violation from the 0-100 block of Alabama Youth Drive (other, unknown).

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 10000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a purse valued at $200, an iPOD valued at $100, a camera valued at $100, a debit card and a cell phone valued at $200.

-Miscellaneous information from the 11000 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from Highway 270 (residence, home), Maylene.

-Property damage from a Shell Station at 9249 Helena Road (service, gas station), Pelham. Damage in the amount of $1,000 was done to a 2005 Nissan Maxima.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 99 (residence, home), Shelby. Damaged was a telephone utility box.

-Civil dispute from the 0-100 block of Old Lokey Ferry Road (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Violation of protection order from the 800 block of Glaze Road (highway, street), Vincent.

-Failure to stop and remain at scene from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Cruelty to animals from the 600 block of Forest Lakes Drive (residence, home), Sterrett.
