-Burglary and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 7000 block of Cahaba Valley Road (storage facility), Birmingham. Stolen were four Stihl “model 600” backpack blowers valued at $2,400 and two 5-gallon gas cans of unknown value.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from U.S. 280 E. at North Shelby Baptist (highway, street). Recovered was 2.5 Alprazolam tablets.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Narrows Point Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was $10,000.

-Theft of property from KMAXX No. 2 at 1520 Highway 70 (convenience store), Columbiana. Stolen was $24.65 in diesel gasoline.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a Nintendo 3DS valued at $249.99, a Netflix item valued at $1 and a Discover card.

-Public intoxication and resisting arrest from the 100 block of Gilmore Nick Circle (highway, street), Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of LB Road (residence, home), Pelham.

-Identity theft and theft of property from the Chelsea Walmart at 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea. Stolen from a credit card account was $326.32.

-Death investigation from the 1600 block of Highway 93 (residence, home), Helena.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Eddings Lane (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information from Olmsted Road at Abbott Square (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from LB Road (residence, home), Pelham.

-Miscellaneous information from Heardmont Park at Cahaba Valley Road (other, unknown), Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 (service, gas station), Birmingham. Graffiti was drawn on bathroom walls and installations.

July 29

-Theft of property from the 2700 block of Highway 25 (commercial), Wilton. Six industrial batteries were stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 29000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen from the account were four transactions valued at $138.72.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of River Hills (specialty store), Birmingham. Stolen were 66 Blackberry Bold 9650 devices valued at $33,659.34, 13 Motorola V860 devices valued at $3,899.87, 56 Blackberry Curve 9330 devices valued at $20,439.44, commission made from setting up the account valued at $4,766.99 and the amount owed on the account valued at $15,172.25.

-Burglary and theft of property from Liberty Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a gold chain with 22 gold balls valued at $500, a silver pendant valued at $25, two silver earrings valued at $60, a gold loop earring valued at $30 and a heart gold pendant valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 0-100 block of Waldrop Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage was done to the hood of a 2007 Hyundai Accent.

-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Greenhill Parkway (1300 Building, parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a 2008 Suzuki GSXR 600 valued at $8,000.

-Found property from the Chevron at 16927 U.S. 280, Chelsea. Recovered was $100 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Greenhill Parkway (1300 Building, parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000 valued at $9,000.

-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Greenhill Parkway (1300 Building, parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a 2008 Suzuki GSXR 600 valued at $8,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners (supermarket), Chelsea. Stolen was a bag of potatoes valued at $7.55, a bag of corn on the cob valued at $8.09 and a bag of self-rising flour valued at $1.49.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 5100 block of Caldwell Mill Road (highway, street). Recovered was one 10mg amphetamine and dextroamphetamine tablet.

-Driving under the influence from the Old Highway 280 area of Highway 11 (highway, street).

-Death investigation from the 1400 block of Indian Crest Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 8000 block of County Road 61 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen was a sterling silver necklace with a purple birth stone valued at $30, four gold earrings valued at $120, sand dollar earrings valued at $50, an emerald and diamond ring valued at $300, a pair of feathered bone earrings valued at $70, a ring with three birth stones valued at $50 and miscellaneous jewerly valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5100 block of Valleybrook Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Three debit/credit cards were stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5100 block of Valleybrook Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a car amp and box speaker valued at $1,000 and miscellaneous baby items valued at $2,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Haley Acres (residence, home), Vandiver. Stolen were several car stereo system items valued at more than $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Haley Acres (residence, home), Vandiver.

-Criminal littering from the 3000 block of Highland Lakes Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Swann Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Royal Doulton Bone China Pretty Ladies 2005 collection figurine valued at $136.

-Property damage from the 3600 block of Stratford Lane (residence, home), Birmingham. Damaged was a brick mailbox stand and mailbox of unknown value.

-Obstructing justice using false name from the 1300 block of Highway 25 (highway, street), Brierfield.

Aug. 1

-Property damage from the 800 block of Camp Branch Circle (highway, street), Alabaster. A mailbox was damaged.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Lullwater Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a 14k gold chain and pendant valued at $400.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Magnolia Lane (field, woods), Pell City. Damage valued at $300 was done to a barbed wire fence.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Sweet Gum Drive (residence, home).

-Lost equipment from 380 McDow Road (other, unknown). A radio antenna was lost.

-Reckless endangerment from the 5000 block of Dunnavant Valley Cove (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (menacing) from the 3300 block of Highway 93 (residence, home), Helena.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 2200 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Interfering with child custody from the 1300 block of Highway 99 (residence, home), Shelby.

-Juvenile runaway from the 500 block of Highway 343 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Fraudulent use of debit card and theft of property from the 100 block of Autry Drive (residence, home), Chelsea. A debit card was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was $174.75.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from an unknown location (other, unknown). Stolen was $416.69.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

Aug. 2

-Assault (second degree) from the 900 block of Turtle Lake Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Rock School Road (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage in the amount of $200 was done to a door and frame.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Woodridge Lane (highway, street), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $500 was done to front and back passenger doors of a 2004 Chevy Silverado.

-Harassment from the 700 block of Turtle Lake Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Edenton Street (specialty store), Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Raven Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Lost property from the 100 block of Eagle Cove Drive (lake, waterway), Pelham. Damage valued at $300 was done to a lifesaver device to include the band, capsule, battery and transmitter.

-Identity theft from an unknown location in Texas (other, unknown).

-Failure to deliver title from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial), Pelham.

-Death investigation from Whaley Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Lakeview Drive (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Burglary from the 6500 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Maylene. Stolen was a ladies gold watch valued at $5,000, a men’s gold watch valued at $5,000, a platinum international watch valued at $5,000, a .41-caliber 6-shot revolver valued at $200 and a Ruger .41-caliber 6-shot revolver valued at $200.

-Burglary from Deer Run Road (residence, home), Alabaster. Stolen were pills for cholesterol and blood pressure, a men’s Thompson High School class ring (1962), various ladies rings, necklaces and earrings and two sets of male and female wedding rings, all of unknown value.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 3000 block of County Highway 39 (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were 45 Adderal tablets and a fixed-blade knife.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 3000 block of County Highway 39 (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a chainsaw valued at $200, miscellaneous Nintendo Wii games valued at $400 and a Topps Finest Refractor 1993 Ken Griffey Jr. baseball card valued at $1,200.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Highway 45 (residence, home), Sterrett. Stolen was $1,600 in assorted U.S. currency, assorted food items and assorted women’s clothes.
