Noelle Gaspard of Vincent has been named the new co-coordinator of the Elizabeth Conwell Schlarb Foundation for Women Entrepreneurs.

Gaspard brings more than 17 years of non-profit experience to the center. She is also past president of the Birmingham Jaycees.

The center assists women entrepreneurs in starting, building and growing their business.

The center serves seven county areas including: Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Blount, Walker, Talladega and Tuscaloosa counties
