Alan and Dawn Keef of Columbiana are proud to announce the birth of their baby girl, Katelyn Elizabeth Keef. Katelyn was born Oct. 19, 2007, at 12:10 p.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. Katelyn was welcomed home by her big brother Keaton and many more family members.

Katelyn is the grandaughter of Billy and Karen Thomas of Columbiana and the Rev. Randy and Sandy Keef of Wilsonville. She is also the great-grandaughter of Bennie Holcombe of Columbiana, Mary Keef of Wilsonville, James Gothard of Wilsonville and Willie and Pat Thomas of Clanton. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Willard Holcombe, Hazel Padgett, Gerald Keef and Elizabeth “Woozy” Gothard
