Damaged was a door and door frame, and stolen were a Breedlove acoustic guitar valued at $200, a Fender Stratocaster guitar valued at $300, a speaker box with two 10-inch subwoofers and an amplifier valued at $200, a Buddha lamp valued at $50, a Miller Light lamp valued at $50 and a change sorter with an unknown amount of coins valued at $50.

Stolen were assorted men’s and women’s watches valued at $500, an Orion car amp valued at $150, assorted flashlights valued at $50, assorted men’s clothing and shoes valued at $1,000, assorted pocket knives valued at $150, a Nextel phone valued at $150 and assorted canned foods valued at $150.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a Dell desktop computer valued at $598.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was $128.24 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were six drill bits valued at $156.97.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway suite 3100 (specialty store). Stolen were an Xbox 360 remote valued at $7.99, an Xbox 360 live messenger pad valued at $19.99, an Xbox live vision valued at $17.99 and an Xbox 360 battery power pack valued at $9.99.

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Galaxy SII Epic 4G touch valued at $349.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119 at Fourth Avenue Northeast (residence, home). Confiscated was alprazolam.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 140 Market Center Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was crack cocaine.

-Criminal trespassing and criminal tampering from the 1200 block of Seventh Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from 116 Big Oak Drive (highway, street).

-Hospice death from the 900 block of Old Cahaba Drive (residence, home). Destroyed was percocet valued at $15 and morphine sulphate valued at $25.

Confiscated were clear plastic baggies containing suspected marijuana valued at $25, a multi-colored glass pipe with suspected marijuana residue valued at $10, two packs of rolling papers valued at $2, a clear plastic bottle with a black top containing suspected marijuana residue valued at $1 and a small portion of a suspected marijuana cigarette valued at $5.
