Nov. 27

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Dell laptop valued at $600, two gold chains valued at $1,700, a Geneve watch valued at $1,000, an iPod valued at $350, a Wii gaming console valued at $300, an Xbox valued at $300 and a Playstation valued at $300.

 

 

Nov. 28

-Harassment from the 1600 block of First Avenue West (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Third Place Southeast (residence, home). Stolen was a Hi Point .380-caliber handgun valued at $210.

-Found property from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane (highway, street). Found was a Cars backpack with numerous articles of clothing for a small boy valued at $100.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from a Shell gas station in Raleigh, N.C. (service, gas station).

-Lost property from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (other, unknown).

-Theft of gasoline from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (service, gas station). Stolen were 13.952 gallons of diesel valued at $53.

-Damage to property from Smokey Road (highway, street). Damaged was the undercarriage of a vehicle.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Portsouth Lane (residence, home). Damaged was the right front windshield of a 2006 Tiffin motorhome in the amount of $300.

-Theft of proeprty from the 800 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Stolen were shovels valued at $60, wire rakes valued at $80 and metal storage shelves valued at $100.

-Leaving the scene of an accident and damage to property from U.S. Highway 31 Norht at Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper in the amount of $500 and a rear hatch in the amount of $100.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Reese Drive (other, unknown).

-Menacing and criminal mischief from the Chevron next to County Road 26 East (convenicence store). Damaged was a driver-side fender in the amount of $1,000.

-Missing person and recovery of missing person from the 300 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Alabaster (other, unknown). Damaged was the front windshield of APD unit No. 23 in the amount of $250.

-Property damage from the Publix parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a front bumper in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property and forgery from the 500 block of 12th Street Northwest (other, unknown). Stolen was $3,163 in U.S. currency.

-Information only – found property from 300 Colonial Promenade 2200 (department store). Recovered was a Chase Freedom Mastercard.

-Theft of property from 100 South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered was a phone charger from a Droid cell phone valued at $30.

-Identity theft from Richester, Minn., (other, unknown).

-Open door from Stadium Drive (school, college).

-Robbery and theft of property from the 1200 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Droid valued at $500, a black Ibanez Guitar valued at $120, a Seagull acoustic guitar valued at $400, a brown Fossil wallet valued at $50, a Wells Fargo debit card and a driver’s license valued at $15.

-Damage to property from U.S. Highway 31 North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a blue handicap sign attached to a black pole in the amount of $150.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Tanglewood Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen was a rug doctor carpet cleaning machine valued at $849.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was $80 in U.S. currency.

-Identity theft from the 1700 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle and damage to property from the 100 block of Timber Leaf Circle (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Jeep Cherokee in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 100 block of Grove Hill Drive (residence, home).

-Identity theft from address unlisted (other, unknown).

-Found property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance card valued at $1.

-Forgery and theft of property from the 900 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Stolen were checks drawn on a Wells Fargo account valued at $5 and $8,400 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 10000 block of Highway 17 (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Illegal possession of prescription medication from the 10000 block of Highway 17 (highway, street). Confiscated were lexapro, trazadone and risperidone.

-Domestic dispute from the Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage).

-Harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage).

-Damage to property from the Dollar Tree parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 white Acura RDX in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Stolen was a Springfield Armory XD-40 valued at $500 and an XD-40 magazine valued at $25.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was a passenger-side mirror in the amount of $250.

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle and driving while under the influence of alcohol from Highway 31 at the ISC (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $500.

-Possession of prescription medication and public intoxication from the 200 block of First Street North (highway, street). Confiscated were acetaminophen and diazepam.

-Property damage from Highway 31 at 10th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a 1998 Buick Century in the amount of $200.

 

Dec. 3

-Open door from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, JOB rolling papers and a black wooden pipe with marijuana residue.

-Lost property from 111 Treymoor drive (residence, home). Reported missing was a Smith and Wesson 99.

-Theft of property from 37 Buck Creek Plaza (specialty store). Stolen were decorative ornaments valued at $300, garbage cans valued at $20 and a bag of cat litter valued at $10.

-Theft of lost property from the 6300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a black cloth appointment book valued at $60, a Visa credit card and a Wal Mart credit card.

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from Kent Dairy Road at Clover Lane (highway, street). Confiscated were brown pills wrapped in cellophane.

-Open door from the 1100 block of First Street North (department store).

-Criminal mischief from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail (parking lot, garage). Damaged were driver-side tires valued at $100.

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of Independence Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency.

-Damage to property from Highway 91 near Fieldstone Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Mazda CX-9 in the amount of $3,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of St. Charles Drive (residence, home). Stolen were three Glock 23 magazines valued at $100.

-Warrant arrest from the Alabama driver’s license office in Bessemer (government, public building).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1200 block of Old Cahaba Trace (residence, home). Stolen was an HP Pavillion laptop valued at $500.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Appleford Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from Tocoa Road (residence, home). Stolen was a ladies wallet valued at $25, an unknown number of credit cards, a checkbook with an unknown number of checks inside and $51 in U.S. currency.

Dec. 1

-Found property from the 500 block of Main Street (govt/public building). Recovered was a box with miscellaneous papers valued at $0.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree from the 700 block of Main Street (highway/street). Recovered were Camel cigarette pack with green leafy substance valued at $1 and JOB rolling papers valued at $1.

-Theft by deception second degree from the 4600 block of Alabama 25 (dept. store). Stolen was an Ingerersall Rand 5.5 HP 8 gal. wheelbarrow air compressor valued at $1,090.

Stolen were a black leather ladies billford valued at $20, 10 Wells Fargo checking account checks valued at $10, a Wells Fargo checking account debit card valued at $0 and a Social Security card valued at $0.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief third degree from the 5300 block of Highway 25 (residence/home). Damaged was a passenger side car window in the amount of $150. Stolen was a purple ladies billfold valued at $20.

-Using false identity to obstruct justice and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3900 block of Highway 25 (conv. store). Recovered were medication for fatigue valued at $20, medication for pain valued at $15, medication for depression valued at $15, muscle relaxant medication valued at $15, black and orange glass pipe valued at $10, medication for nausea valued at $2 and syringes valued at $1.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Highway 216 (residence/home). Damaged was a 1999 Honda Odyssey driver’s door window in the amount of $250. Stolen was $21 in U.S. currency.

-Recovered property from the 300 block of Industrial Park Drive (highway/street). Recovered were purple ladies billfold valued at $20, black leather ladies billfold valued at $20 and Wells Fargo checking account checks valued at $0.

Nov. 28

-Theft of property by deception from 3118 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Stolen were Kumho tires valued at $213, fuel system service valued at $80 and labor costs valued at $66.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Strathaven Lane (residence, home).

-Property damage to a city vehicle from 311 Cummins Street (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Ford F150 in the amount of $750.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home).

 

Nov. 29

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 600 block of Crosscreek Cove (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was $24,000 in cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 2307 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger front side window in the amount of $300 and stolen were a purse valued at $50, a Regions Bank debit card, an EBT card, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a Social Security Card and a child’s Social Security card.

-Death investigation – hospice from the 2500 block of Chandalar Lane (residence, home). Destroyed were promethazine tablets, lorazepam tablets, liquid morphine sulphate and morphine tablets.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Stolen was a Mexican passport, a Mexican colsulate ID card and a Mexican driver’s license.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Mitoba Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a ladies jewelry box, a black leather motorcycle jacket with matching black leather motorcycle riding chaps valued at $400, a ladies rink valued at $500 and a ladies ring with chocolate diamonds valued at $500.

 

Nov. 30

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Oaklyn Hills Drive (residence, home). Stolen was an iPod Nano valued at $200, a Garmin GPS valued at $250 and a set of external iPod speakers valued at $10.

-Burglary and criminal mischief from the 5300 block of Highway 11 (residence, home). Damaged was a door frame in the amount of $600.

-Leaving the scene of an accident – occupied vehicle and property damage from Interstate 65 northbound at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper and exhaust pipe of a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and radial tires in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief from the 7800 block of Helena Road (church). Damaged was the church building in the amount of $500, a 1996 Ford Econoline D150 in the amount of $1,500 and a 2002 Ford E450 church bus in the amount of $1,500.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 100 block of Kilkerran Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Regions bank check valued at $85.

-Lost or stolen tag from an unknown location (other, unknown). Reported missing was an Alabama license plate.

 

Dec. 1

-Criminal mischief from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was a 2002 GMC Savanna van in the amount of $300 and a parking lot pole in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the parking lot 9340 Helena Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Toshiba Satellite laptop computer valued at $711, an Altimaster Galaxy 3 altimeter valued at $200 and a Passport radar detector valued at $300.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from 100 Huntley Parkway (drug store). Confiscated were a CD containing surveillance footage and a CVS Pharmacy telephone order prescription pad sheet.

-Obstructing justice by using a false identification and driving while revoked from County Road 52 at the I-65 overpass (highway, street).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the Encore resales parking lot (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Stolen was a stainless steel drink mixing cup valued at $8 and $10 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was $43 in U.S. currency.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Carl Nichols Drive (residence, home).

 

Dec. 3

-Leaving the scene of an accident – occupied vehicle from the intersection of Pelham Parkway and County Road 52 (highway, street). Damaged was a 1995 Buick Regal in the amount of $350.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Dalton Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $25 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from the 9000 block of Helena Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger side rear panel in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from 101 Huntley Parkway (drug store). Stolen were two Sylvania 7-inch computer tablets in a white box valued at $200.

 

Dec. 4

-Criminal mischief from Tyler Navarres at 3221 Highway 52 West (bar). Damaged was a 2005 Ford F150 in the amount of $100.

-Miscellaneous information from I-65 south at mile marker 245 (highway, street). Damaged was a 1998 Dodge Neon in the amount of $5,000.

-Death investigation – hospice from the 100 block of Aaron Parc Way (residence, home). Destroyed was liquid morphine sulphate.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Cahaba Valley Road at Pelham Parkway (highway, street).
