-Damage to property from Interstate 65 North at the 240 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 400 block of Thompson Road (residence, home). Stolen was a Red Jackson custom guitar valued at $1,200, a laptop valued at $650, a Compaq laptop valued at $650, miscellaneous jewelry valued at $500, a custom guitar box valued at $200, a jewelry box valued at $20 and $10 in U.S. currency.

-Harassing communications from First Avenue West (other, unknown).

-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Lexus GS300 in the amount of $350.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Kent Dairy Road (department store). Stolen were a Glade oil refill valued at $3, a 10-pack of balloons valued at $1,25, a table cloth cover valued at $2, a bright mini air valued at $1,75, a birthday confetti three-pack valued at $1,25 and two table cover balloons valued at $4.

-Theft of property from 320 South Colonial Drive Suite 1300 (department store). Stolen were Sketchers twinkle toes valued at $25.79.

-Private property motor vehicle accident from 1205 First Street North (restaurant). Damaged was the rear bumper of a 2004 red Honda Pilot in the amount of $500.

-Violation of protection order from the 200 block of Grandeview Parkway (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (parking lot, garage). Stolen were five packs of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $25, a GPS Garmin valued at $200 and a black jacket with the decal of Shelby Baptist Medical Center valued at $100.

-Damage to property from Old Highway 31 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a stop sign in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1300 block of Navajo Trail (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket).

-Theft of property from 3592 Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was bacon valued at $4.90, SGL valued at $2,10 and curry powder valued at $3.57.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were one pair of Colorblack glitter shoes valued at $29.99, a knit belted surplus dress valued at $24.99 and a pair of Colorblack glitter shoes valued at $29.99.

-Identity theft from numerous locations in the Alabaster area (specialty store).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – menacing from the 500 block of Regent Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Cedar Meadows (residence, home). Stolen was a Mexico passport valued at $103 and four pieces of miscellaneous mail.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the CVS parking lot (highway, street). Confiscated were 1.2 grams of rolled blunts containing marijuana valued at $5.

-Found property from the 140 block of Buck Creek Plaza (restaurant). Recovered were a brown leather SwissGear wallet, an Alabama driver’s license, Bank of America credit card, a Bank of America credit card, a Wachovia credit card, a Wells Fargo credit card and a check valued at $1.64.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of East Boundary Street (residence/home). Stolen were two 50-foot long orange outdoor electrical extension cords valued at $35 and 25-foot long green outdoor electrical extension cord valued at $30.

-Information only, civil dispute, from the 100 block of Western Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a garage wall, which was cut out and removed by what appeared to be a chainsaw in the amount of $3,000.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 10 block of Hayes Circle (residence/home). Damaged was the outer property line wooden fence in the amount of $1,000.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 800 block of Highway 10 (residence/home). Stolen were Goodman outside residential air conditioner unit valued at $2,500 and unknown amount of copper valued at $1,000. Damaged were sheet rock inside kitchen in the amount of $500, power meter attached to residence in the amount of $500 and glass window in the amount of $200.
