-Theft of property from the 100 block of Maylene Lane (residence/home). Stolen was a Yellow Top car battery valued at $45.

-Harassing communication from Maylene Drive (residence/home).

-Violation of license to carry a pistol from the 500 block of First Street (parking lot/garage). Recovered were Lorcin .380 automatic valued at $100.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance form Shelby County 68 and Summit Place (highway/street). Recovered was a cellophane bag containing Clonazopam.

-Information only from the 1000 block of First Street (other/unknown).

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Alabama 119 (service/gas station). Damaged was 50-foot section of RU56 cable in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabama 119 at Fulton Springs Road (highway/street). Recovered were 1.1 grams of marijuana, one pinch hitter, one pipe, one grinder and two packs of rolling papers.

-Recovered vehicle from the 100 block of Grande View Circle (highway/street).

-Information from the 800 block of Ninth Street (other/unknown).

-Identity theft from Niles, Ill. (dept. store).

-Found property from the 1100 block of First Street (commercial). Recovered were Colt detective special .38 caliber handgun valued at $300, black nylon handgun case valued at $25 and plastic sunglasses valued at $10.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Sixth Street (residence/home).

-Open door from Brook Lane (residence/home).

-Theft of lost property from the 500 block of First Street (dept. store). Stolen were unknown brand ladies leather clutch purse valued at $10 and $190 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street (dept. store). Stolen were miscellaneous items valued at $35.

-Information only from the 1000 block of Burnt Pine (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street (dept. store). Stolen and recovered were frozen ground beef valued at $3.95, two Suave shampoos valued at $4, five Kool Aid packs valued at $1, Balsam Ultra Light valued at $3 and Olay valued at $9.50.

-Theft of property form the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (dept. store). Stolen and recovered were two portable gazebos valued at $294, push lawn mower valued at $199 and gas trimmer valued at $124.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 400 block of First Street (parking lot/garage). Stolen was black bag containing identification documents and keys valued at $25. Damaged was right front window in 2003 Mazda 6 in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were two GE filters valued at $65.98.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Thompson stadium (school/college).

-Open door from Corporate Woods Drive (construction).

-Abandoned vehicle from Fifth Avenue (highway/street).

-Information only from the 1500 block of First Street (hotel/motel). Stolen were two leather wallets valued at $50, three debit cards, $300 in U.S. currency, Virginia driver’s license and assorted papers.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence/home). Stolen were metal truck toolbox valued at $300 and used softball and baseball equipment valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of U.S. 31 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were four bottles of SPF 15 lotion valued at $25.72.

-Criminal mischief from the 3100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was exterior rear entrance door valued at $200.

-Harassment from the 600 block of First Street (restaurant).

-Information only from the 7800 block of Alabama 119 (commercial). Damaged was a window in the amount of $300.

-Damage property from the 1400 block of Arrowhead Trail (highway/street). Damaged was brick mailbox in the amount of $600.

-Information only from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).

-Assault from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence/home).

-Theft of property from Ruby Tuesdays (commercial). Stolen and recovered was multicolor ladies’ purse valued at $20. Stolen was $219 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from Warrior Drive (school/college). Stolen was a pink 8G iPod Nano valued at $130.

-Criminal mischief from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/garage). Damaged were passenger rear fender and panel of a 2005 Dodge Dakota.

-Information from the 100 block of Baretree Lane (residence/home).

-Violation of leash law from the 700 block of Barkley Circle (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence and unlawful possession of controlled substance from Shelby County 11 and Mt. Olive Road (highway/street). Recovered were two .83 grams of Oxycodone.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Damaged were front bumper and radiator.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Bluespring Place (residence/home). Stolen were Sony Bravia 40-inch color LCD TV valued at $1,200, two Xbox consoles valued at $800, Logic computer speakers valued at $20, Playstation 3 console valued at $250 and Wii console valued at $150.

-Domestic incident from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence/home).

-Harassment – harassing communications from the 600 block of 12th Avenue (residence/home).

-Violation of city ordinance – dog at large from the 200 block of Bentmoor Lane (highway/street).

-Warrant arrest from Helena Police Department (govt/public building).

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Francis Lane (other/unknown).

-Theft of property from the 8100 block of Shelby County 13 (residence/home). Stolen was a black 2007 Dodge Charger valued at $25,000, cellular telephone valued at $200 and computer tablet valued at $300.

Stolen were $975 in U.S. cash, Xbox 360 valued at $400, Thinkpad laptop valued at $300, Fender Strat valued at $250 and black leather wallet with two chains and a red skull valued at $100. -Obstructing justice using a false identity from Interstate 65 and Cahaba Valley Road (highway/street). Recovered were Alabama license plate valued at $2 and copy of Alabama driver’s license valued at $28.

-Theft of property – motor vehicle from the 600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a silver 2002 Ford Taurus valued at $2,800.

-Theft of property from Ballantrae Club Drive (other/unknown). Stolen was a 16-foot by 22- foot cast aluminum 18th tee box sign depicting Ballantrae logo and yardages for the 18th hole valued at $400.

-Property damage from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot/garage). Stolen was the concrete base for a parking lot light pole valued at $15,000.

-Receiving stolen property from the 3000 block for Pelham Parkway (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a 2000 Toyota Tundra valued at $10,999.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (dept. store). Stolen were assorted tools and clothing valued at $1,309.

-Public intoxication from the 600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Outside agency assist from the 100 block of Windsor Lane (highway/street).

-Theft of property from Lighting and Lamp (other/unknown). Stolen was $866 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Deer Chase Drive (residence/home). Stolen were women’s one karat 3-diamond ring valued at $800, white gold 10-karat sapphire and diamond women’s rig valued at $200, 10-karat white and yellow gold X-shaped necklace valued at $600, silver pearl ring valued at $100, women’s matching earring and sapphire bracelet set valued at $300, diamond one-karat wedding ring with band valued at $1,000 and various costume jewelry valued at $300.

Stolen were black and gray purse with contents valued at $40, two Visa credit and debit cards valued at $0, four Social Security cards valued at $0, Alabama driver’s license valued at $25 and Regions Bank check book valued at $0.

-Miscellaneous information from Shelby County Services parking lot (parking lot/garage).

-Violation of municipal ordinance – dogs not to be at large and violation of municipal ordinance – dangerous or vicious dog from Stone Hill Circle (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1900 block o Oak Mountain Lodge (hotel/motel). Recovered were approximately 1.1 grams of green leafy substance wrapped in clear plastic believed to be marijuana valued at $5.

 

June 17

-Property damage from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Damaged was a front driver side fender.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Shelby County 11 at Shelby County 332 (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 3200 block of Shelby County 52 West (bar).
