-Theft of property III from Highway 10 (highway/street). Stolen were iPhone 4 valued at $366, EPI auto injector pen valued at $115 and 15 20mg Prednisone valued at $15.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Graham Street (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 50 block of Highway 205 (residence/home). Damaged was a house window in the amount of $150.

-Unexplained lost property from an unknown location (other, unknown). Reported was a .380-caliber handgun valued at $500 and two Rolex watches valued at $10,000.

 

Aug. 24

-Outside agency assist from 50 Gilbert Drive (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from 2725 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1991 Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $5,000.

 

Aug. 25

-Public intoxication and disorderly conduct from the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (other, unknown).

-Unexplained lost property from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Reported was a tri-fold Cherokee leather wallet valued at $15, a BB&T credit card, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a Social Security card, $40 in U.S. currency and a set of keys valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were methadone valued at $25, suboxone valued at $10, suboxone valued at $10, a syringe, a small plastic bag containing an unknown white residue and multicolored glass pipes used for smoking marijuana valued at $20.

 

Aug. 26

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 200 section of the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (other, unknown). Confiscated were a round yellow tablet valued at $5, a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana valued at $20 and a purple and gold pipe with burnt residue used to consume marijuana valued at $5.

 

Aug. 27

-Miscellaneous complaint from the 100 block of Crestmont Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property and terroristic threats from the 600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (residence, home). Stolen were Bombay Sapphire gin valued at $30, a bottle of Jack Daniel’s single barrel whiskey valued at $40 and a brown leather wallet containing an Alabama driver’s license and miscellaneous cards and paper valued at $15.

-Miscellaneous information and property damage – vehicle from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Damaged was a 2005 Chevrolet Express van in the amount of $500.

-Property damage – motor vehicle from Interstate 65 northbound at the 243 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Camry.

-Death investigation from Midridge Lane (highway, street).

-Property damage – vehicle from Interstate 65 near the 243 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier in the amount of $500.

-Property damage from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2012 Toyota Prius.

 

Aug. 28

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from 9458 Helena Road (specialty store). Confiscated were two insulin syringes valued at $10.

-Burglary from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Stolen was a Regions Bank bag containing $140 in U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous complaint from South Gate Estates (residence, home).

-Property damage – vehicle from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Circle (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Tacoma in the amount of $300.

Aug. 29

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the Oak Mountain Lodge at 1902 Highway 31 (hotel, motel). Recovered were an insulin syringe valued at $1 and a burnt plastic spoon in the amount of $1.

 

Aug. 30

-Public intoxication and unlawful possession of marijuana from the Pelham Promenade parking lot (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a prescription pill bottle containing a green leafy substance suspected to be marijuana valued at $20 and a blue glass pipe used for smoking marijuana valued at $20.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 south just before the 242 exit (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Mini Cooper in the amount of $1,500.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Teal Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a brick column mailbox in the amount of $800.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Old Montgomery Highway (other, unknown). Stolen were silver colored pieces of vehicle trim valued at $600.

-Suicide attempt from Village Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Recovered was 1 gram of marijuana valued at $25.

-Criminal mischief and civil dispute from the 600 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (residence, home). Damaged was a 1999 Dodge Neon.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Indianwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a gold chain necklace valued at $200, $180 in U.S. currency, Compass Bank debit cards, a Darden Company credit card, two Medicaid cards and a Social Security card.
