-Theft of property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Lowe’s (department store). Stolen and recovered were Teks valued at $8.98, white cup hooks valued at $8.58, brass cup hooks valued at $8.58 and a syringe and metal spoon valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a king sheet set valued at $70.72.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was a cell phone valued at $200.

-Theft of property from 320 Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was $408.74 in U.S. currency.

-Information only from the 200 block of Newgate Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 1100 block of Whipporwill Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $340 in U.S. currency.

 

Jan. 15

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of King James Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 800 block of Credit Card (commercial). Stolen were 400 feet of copper wire valued at $3,568 and 300 feet of copper wire valued at $1,947.

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket).

-Information from the Wells Fargo Bank (bank).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store).

-Found property from the 200 block of First Street Southwest (department store). Recovered was a Social security card valued at $1.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Zaxby’s (restaurant). Recovered was a $50 bill.

-Found property from the 9100 block of Highway 119 (restaurant). Recovered were a plastic bag containing 6 grams of marijuana, a wooden storage device, a smoking device, a Crown Royal bag and Black and Mild cigars.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a Dyson digital slim valued at $399.99.

 

Jan. 16

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of King James Circle (residence, home).

-Carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and illegal possession of prescription medication from Highway 31 near 10th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated were a Glock 21C handgun and Tramadol.

-Information only from the 700 block of Norris Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 2000 block of Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Ford Ranger in the amount of $3,000 and a phone junction box in the amount of $1,000.

-Information from the 1300 block of Willow Creek Place (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were two breakers valued at $45.54.

-Information from 601 First Street South (school, college).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 1800 block of Mohawk Drive (residence, home).

 

Jan. 17

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were two Visa cards valued at $1, $700 in U.S. currency, a purse valued at $25, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $1, a birth certificate valued at $1, a Social Security card valued at $1 and checks drawn on a Wells Fargo account valued at $1.

-Violation of leash law from address unlisted (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Longfeather Lane (residence, home).

-Missing child – recovered child from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a gas can valued at $10 and 5 gallons of gasoline valued at $15.75.

 

Jan. 18

-Criminal mischief from Balmoral Drive (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2012 Dodge Ram in the amount of $320.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Greenfield Drive (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the Nursing Assistant Academy (specialty store). Damaged were two large front windows in the amount of $1,000.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of First Street North (school, college). Damaged was a window in the amount of $700.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Ninth Street Northwest (government, public building). Stolen was $42 in cash.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 150 block of Shiraz Street (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property by deception from the 300 block of Lacey Avenue (residence, home). Stolen was a check valued at $120.

-Carrying a concealed weapon without a permit from 13th Avenue Southeast (other, unknown). Confiscated were a Kel-Tec 9-millimeter and a seven-round magazine clip.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and brass knuckles from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a 1.2 grams of marijuana and brass knuckles.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 800 block of Barkley Drive (residence, home).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Recovered was $10 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were a pack of golf balls valued at $27.97.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Falling Waters Lane (residence, home). Recovered was marijuana, sockets, plastic marijuana smoking devices and prescription bottles containing marijuana residue.

-Damage to property from Highway 31 at the Interstate 65 on-ramp (highway, street). Damaged was a 2000 Nissan Xterra.

 

Jan. 19

-Damage to property from the 7600 block of County Road 17 (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle and a road sign.

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Grande View Parkway (residence, home). Damaged was glass from a door window in the amount of $1,000.

-Damage to property from Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox in the amount of $5,000.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment form the 900 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were two Coleman flashlights valued at $29.88 each, a Coleman flashlight valued at $18.88, a knife valued at $8.88 and a BG knife valued at $39.88.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a bag with methamphetamine.

-Criminal trespass from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (service, gas station).

-Harassing communications from the 700 block of Fourth Street Southwest (residence, home).

 

Jan. 20

-Violation of leash law from First Avenue West (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1000 block of First Street South (service, gas station). Stolen were $1.95.

-Found property from the 1100 block of George Roy Parkway (highway/street). Recovered was green bag with assorted keys.

-Theft of property III from Ivanhoe Lane (residence/home). Stolen was $318 in U.S. currency.
