Oak Mountain downs Briarwood

The Oak Mountain Eagles used a pair of 3-run innings to take a 7-2 victory over Briarwood April 6.

The Eagles (17-13) struck for three runs in the third and fifth innings to seal the win.

Corey Price pitched six innings and allowed two runs on five hits with three strikeouts and three walks in the Oak Mountain win.

Jake Bracewell took the loss for Briarwood.

Connor O’Brien went 1-for-3 with two RBIs while Heath Quinn and EJ Alsbrooks each hit a double to lead the Eagles.

Daniel Robert and Chandler Wilkins each had a double for Briarwood.
