April 1

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and unauthorized use of auto from First Street North. Stolen was a Honda Accord valued at $5,000.

April 2

-Abandoned vehicle from Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street).

-Theft of property second degree from Best Buy (specialty store). Stolen were recordings valued at $1,199.99.

-Theft of property first degree from Lucas Lane (residence, home). Stolen were scaffolds valued at $3,500, hand saws valued at $60, shovels valued at $70, racks valued at $90, an ax valued at $30, hoes valued at $60 and boxes of assorted plumbing fittings valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from Food Depot (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were defogger valued at $7.55 and canned cat food valued at $1.02.

-Harassing communications and criminal mischief – damage to private property from the Alabaster Police Department (department store). Damaged was a radial tire in the amount of $100.

-Identity theft from the victim’s residence (residence, home). Stolen was other.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Mountain Parkway (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the victim’s residence (residence, home). Stolen was a rifle valued at $1,100, a pistol valued at $500 and stolen and recovered was an iPad valued at $600.

-Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia first offense from the 100 block of Grove Hill Road (residence, home). Confiscated were marijuana, smoking pipes, rolling papers and a plastic bowl.

-Theft of services from Mizu (restaurant). Stolen were consumables valued at $48.12.

-Burglary third degree from Highway 31 (drug store).

-Theft of property third degree from Highway 31 (department store). Reported was a Ford Ranger and stolen were two pairs of shorts valued at $26, a pair of shorts valued at $5 and a T-shirt valued at $8.

-Rape first degree from Saratoga Lane (residence, home).

-Property damage from County Road 12 (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Taurus.

-Property damage from Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Trailblazer in the amount of $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Highway 25 (highway, street). Stolen were $110 in U.S. currency, two checks and a check book.

-Recovery of property from Highway 25 (department store). Recovered was a PlayStation 3 valued at $100.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from County Road 63 (residence, home). Damaged was a door frame in the amount of $250 and stolen were two televisions valued at $1,300 and a Playstation 3 valued at $250.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from Birdsong Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Toyota 4-Runnver valued at $1,000.

-Harassing communications from Stonecreek Place (residence, home).

-Menacing from 18th Street (residence, home).

-Robbery first degree and theft of property third degree from Highway 25 (convenience store). Stolen was $332 in cash.

-Property damage from Timberline Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was an Infiniti Q45.

-Disorderly conduct from Flagstone Way (residence, home).

-Harassment from Waterford Cove Lane (government, public building).

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from Meriweather Drive (residence, home). Recovered were a Playstation 3 valued at $250 and a Nintendo Wii valued at $250.

-Theft of services from the 1220 block of Cresswell Road wherein neighbor connected garden hose and extension cord to trailer.

-Domestic violence and criminal mischief from Brooklynn Lane wherein offender punched victim and broke the windshield of victim’s car.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Sunnydale Lane wherein vehicle parts were taken from car.

 

April 3

-Theft of property from 3756 U.S. 280 stolen was cash from store.

 

April 4

-Criminal mischief from Sunnydale Lane wherein a white male threw object at car.

-Confiscated medication from Huddle House parking lot wherein Mlortab with no prescription was found in vehicle.
