May 11

-Possession of marijuana second degree and minor in possession of alcohol from the 100 block of Scarlet Oak Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

 

May 12

-Harassment from the 100 block of Allen Drive (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 300 block of 12th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a Nissan Sentra in the amount of $2,000.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Independence Court (residence, home). Stolen was an identity.

-Criminal mischief third degree from Municipal Park. Damaged were a wall and urinal in the amount of $50.

-Harassment from Independence Drive (highway, street).

 

May 13

-Information only report from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (drug store). Confiscated was an unknown liquid substance in a medicine bottle.

-Harassment – simple assault from AAA Tire (specialty store).

-Shopping cart removal without permission from Dollar General (department store). Stolen were shopping carts valued at $298.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 100 block of Industrial Road (convenience store). Stolen was fuel valued at $48.90.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1100 block of Thompson Road (residence, home). Damaged were a mailbox and post in the amount of $150 and a trash can in the amount of $150.

-Theft of property third degree from J Allen’s Boutique (department store). Stolen were a reef with metal valued at $47.96.

-Property damage from the 10000 block of Highway 119. Damaged was a Kia Sorento in the amount of $1,000.

-Marijuana possession from County Road 95 and Industrial Road (highway, street). Confiscated were drugs.

-Property damage from the Alabaster Police Department. Damaged was a Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $150.

-Shopping cart removal without permission from Dollar General (department store). Stolen were shopping carts valued at $400.

-Theft of property third degree from Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Stolen was other.

-Theft of services first degree from Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was other valued at $1.

-Domestic violence assault from the 200 block of Lake Forest Way (residence, home). Recovered was a knife.

Stolen were a washer and dryer valued at $100, a futon bed and mattresses valued at $150, a wall decoration valued at $40, a night vision camera valued at $189, miscellaneous clothing valued at $300 and checks valued at $1.

-Hazardously parked vehicle from the 5000 block of Highway 17 (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 500 block of Bentmoor Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Visa card valued at $72.55, a driver’s license valued at $25, miscellaneous papers, a bank card, a pocketbook valued at $50 and a smart key valued at $500.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Cloverleaf Circle (convenience store). Forged was a transaction in the amount of $330.79.

 

May 17

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 2800 block of County Road 93 (residence, home). Stolen was $1,072.52 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property first degree and harassing communications from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen were a guitar valued at $300, a didgeridoo valued at $200, a coin collection valued at $3,000, a clock valued at $200, a thermometer valued at $50 and a leather bag valued at $200.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from address unlisted (parking lot, garage). Recovered were heroin valued at $50, a syringe valued at $1 and suboxone valued at $5.

May 10

-Informational only, property damage, from 4004 Highway 25, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a blue 2013 Mazda 2.

 

May 11

-Burglary III (residence/home). Stolen were two Canon EOS Rebel cameras valued at $1,600, an LG 32” flatscreen television valued at $900, a Gateway notebook computer valued at $500, an X-Box 360 valued at $300 and $80 in U.S. currency.

 

May 16

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Orr Park, Montevallo (other/unknown). Stolen were a Samsung Galaxy S2 cell phone valued at $510, a woman’s black leather wallet valued at $25, a social security card, a Capital One credit card and a Discover credit card.

 

May 17

May 18

-Theft of property II from Ashville Road, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were Troy Built Frontline valued at $500 and a Stihl weed eater valued at $200.

Stolen were prescription sunglasses valued at $200, a woman’s black leather purse with pink flowers valued at $15, a Regions bank checkbook valued at $1 and six credit cards (Mastercard, Discover, Belk, TJ Maxx, Target and Ross).

May 13

-Possession of a forged instrument from Pelham Parkway (bank).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain a single lane from Pelham Parkway at Crosscreek Trail (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Canyon Trail (jail, prison).

-Identity theft from Sioux Falls, S.D. (other, unknown).

 

May 14

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2000 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were a TV valued at $565, a laptop valued at $200 and damaged was glass in the amount of $20.

-Recovery of stolen property from Oak Mountain Lodge (parking lot, garage). Recovered was an Alabama license plate.

-Theft of property from Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen was a wallet valued at $20, a debit card, a work permit, a Mexican consulate ID card and a health insurance card.

-Criminal mischief from the 1800 block of Tecumseh Trail (residence, home). Damaged was an air conditioning unit in the amount of $100.

 

May 15

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Pelham Parkway south at First Financial Bank (highway, street). Confiscated were hydrocodone pills valued at $75.

-Property damage – vehicle from Stonehaven Circle (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford F150 in the amount of $100.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of King Valley Drive (residence, home).

-Burglary from the 100 block of Commerce Court (commercial).

-Death investigation from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle (residence, home).

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of a debit or credit card from Raceway (service, gas station). Stolen was assorted U.S. currency in the amount of $60.

-Miscellaneous information from 620 Ridge View Trail (residence, home). Reported were ceiling fans in the amount of $150, a kitchen faucet in the amount of $100 and a bedroom sink and vanity in the amount of $300.

 

May 16

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from Driver’s Way (other, unknown). Stolen was a Toyota 4 Runner valued at $25,000 and damaged were a Ford Explorer in the amount of $2,000 and a steel gate in the amount of $4,000.

 

May 17

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a check wallet valued at $5, a check card, a driver’s license, an ID card, insurance cards and a Social Security card.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Greenpark South (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of County Road 52. Stolen were a grill valued at $399 and a grill stand valued at $150.

 

May 18

-Reckless driving from the 1400 block of Kelley Drive (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief and found property from 3178 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Ford Taurus in the amount of $400 and damaged was a CD receiver in the amount of $50.

-License required to conceal a pistol from 7994 Helena Road (convenience store). Recovered were a Taurus 9-millimeter pistol valued at $200, a holster valued at $45, a magazine valued at $30 and 18 rounds of ammunition valued at $5.

-Promoting prison contraband from 32 Philip Davis St. (government, public building). Confiscated were sandwich bags valued at $1, beef jerky valued at $2 and a Snickers bar valued at $2.

 

May 19

-Robbery from Tavelodge Motel (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an iPhone and case valued at $800, $11 in U.S. currency, various papers and confiscated were a shirt and an envelope.

-Property damage from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Freightliner.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 300 block of Greenpark South (residence, home).

 

May 20
